Services
We are dedicated to promoting healing, independence, wellness, and comfort for individuals and their families, while enhancing the quality and dignity of human life. Since 1897, we have helped the residents of the greater Manchester community face the challenges of recovering from surgery, physical disabilities, short-term, chronic or life-limiting illnesses and enjoy a quality of life while maintaining their dignity, all in the comfort of home.
Skilled care helps patients be independent and safe in managing their care at home. Nurses provide medical care and coordinate the services of rehabilitation professionals, social workers, and health aides. Care plans and education are tailored to the specific needs of each patient and family.
It is our sincere pleasure to be invited into your home and homes across Southern New Hampshire. Since its inception in 1897, the VNA has earned a proud reputation for helping over all of those years, and evolving to meet the current needs of our communities. You will find our staff dedicated to partnering with you in your care.
As a non-profit organization the VNA of Manchester and Southern NH provides charitable care to individuals in Greater Manchester and Southern NH communities. In addition, we provide bereavement support services free of charge to members of the community who have lost a loved one. We also have changing Information Technology and Clinical Equipment needs that are necessary for us to provide appropriate resources to our staff.

Absolutely horrible people. My wife. Needs VNA services badly, and after agreeing to assist, refused to take on her case. Horrible way to treat the ill.

The nurses have been wonderful! I have called in the middle of the night and gotten great help! I called on a Saturday morning at 8, and by 9 a nurse was here checking my mom thoroughly. I've really appreciated their great care! They have saved me at least 2 ER visits.

I can't say enough good things about the Hospice Team at the Manchester VNA. We used their services this past summer for my father, and it was truly outstanding! The team included a RN, Aide, social worker and spiritual advisor. All were wonderful! They provided 24 hour phone coverage, which we used often, and were given expert advice. They provided all medical supplies and medications. I highly recommend the VNA's services to anyone needing hospice care in the Manchester area.

Our experience was incredible. They helped us make my Mother comfortable and pain free. They helped guide us through with visits and phone calls day and night. I can't thank Henry and Tiffany enough. Also Lara and Caroline. I would recommend this team to anyone. They helped us understand what was happening and what to expect. My Mother's passing is incredibly hard but they helped ease the worry of taking care of her at home.

Terrible service! Erika was one of the most unprofessional supervising personal I have ever met. She has the attitude of a 5 year old who gets offended if you do not acknowledge her presence. Truly the worst place I've ever had the curse of dealing with. Go to ANY place BUT this place! Terrible service and terrible people in general!
