The Walla Walla Clinic, established in 1936, is a multispecialty medical clinic offering more than 60 primary care and specialty providers in most areas of medicine. In addition to a wide choice of providers, the clinic includes in-house laboratory, imaging, therapeutic and diagnostic services, and is pleased to offer you the services of the community's first Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Walla Walla Clinic recognizes that providing healthcare in this community is a privilege. Our mission is Patient-Centered.
Services
Walla Walla Clinic is excited to offer a new online tool that provides anywhere, anytime access to your personal health records! With our new patient portal, you can manage your health, communicate with your providers and make more informed decisions about your care-24/7 from any computer, smartphone or tablet.
To schedule an appointment with your primary care provider, please call your physician's office directly. Many health plans require referrals to specialty physicians (or other healthcare providers) for services that primary care providers do not provide. To request a referral, you generally need to first visit your primary care provider.
The mission of our Business Services department is to help our patients get their medical bills paid. We do this primarily by submitting claims and responding to a wide variety of requests for information, or reasons for claim denial, by insurance plans. We cannot guarantee that your plan will pay for our services, but we will do our best to help you receive all of your legitimate benefits. We are contracted with most major commercial insurance companies and insurance networks available in this region.
As a patient, you want your doctor's appointment to be as quick and comfortable as possible. Phreesia, in partnership with your doctor's office, is excited to offer you the ability to complete your intake process privately and conveniently prior to your appointment. A pre-visit email will be sent to you, providing you with a private way to give your doctor all the information he or she needs for your upcoming visit, and saving you time in the waiting room.An email will come from registration@phreesia.com with the subject: "Check-in online for your upcoming appointment".

I just found out today that my Dr. Is quitting I was sent a letter instead of a phone call I already don't trust Dr.s or this clinic as I've been lied to more than once by so called professionals I'm will not go over or explain anything I will instead die thanks walla walla clinic for all the mistrust that made me make the decision to die. How trash I call to find out what's going on they know nothing. Trust is everything, I trust no one at this clinic.

This is absolutely the worst clinic I have been to in my life. and my primary is the VA. So that's saying something. They have no accountability and deem themselves to be above the common responsibilities that running a clinic entails. (As basic as renewing authorizations BEFORE the appointment.) I can't believe a director of all people expects "I'm sorry, I can't control the health care system" to be an acceptable excuse to a very blatantly lack of responsibility on their part.

If the VA can run a system better than you, you've got a ways to go! To be clear, twice they have let my authorization drop. The first time they told me AT the appointment, which is a 2 hour drive to attend. The VA gave then a 2 month extension that day and they still dropped the ball and called me the day BEFORE my appointment to let me know this time.

And they want to know why I'm looking for care elsewhere. then blame that search on their own inability to do something they had months to complete. Excuses. Excuses. Excuses. This place need to do some serious rethinking of their internal workings and just plain learn to be accountable.

The receptionist was rude and condescending. There's no need for it, especially considering their medical staff and facilities are also much worse than their competition in town. You'd think they would at least attempt to be courteous.

Dr. Templin is a wonderful Doctor, as is Dr. Linfoot. We have been very happy with the clinic and the Doctors there. Also with the Laboratory and the radiology. Highly recommend them.

There is a frightening lack of communication in our local healthcare system. Just today, I went into the Walla Walla Clinic Lab to get a follow up blood draw ordered (and confirmed) by my doctor. After checking in and waiting about 40 minutes, someone finally came out to tell me there were no doctors orders and they wouldn't draw my blood. This is deplorable.

And on top of that, this isn't even the first time THIS WEEK this has happened to me, only this instance was over a scheduled appointment at PSMMC. I feel sorry for anyone in an actual emergency situation.your choices are to run the high risk of being turned away after a long wait, or drive the 45 minutes to Tri-Cities. I know which is sounding better and better to me every day.

Worst experience ever with these doctors. Between my husband, Mother and Step Father, these doctors are not willing to dig deep to see what is happening to their bodies. They all say the same thing to my family; "take 2 pills and call me in a week or 2". Shoot, I can put on a doctors name tag and say the same thing. I am in the wrong profession. We will never step foot in that Clinic again. We are better off going to a Veterinarian. At least they're cheaper.

This is for our nurse today Ms. Heidi Jo! She gave my 6 month old a flu shot this morning and NO TEARS! She was fun, friendly, quick and made this experience as pleasant as possible. I was considering changing clinics based on my brief previous experience, but will now stick it out a bit longer just to have my kiddos see her again. You are fabulous Ms. Heidi Jo!

I love Katy Burgess! She keeps up with the times as far as new research, and takes her time to get to know you. She has excellent bedside manner. My insurance once gave me trouble over a medical device that had left me severed from care at the clinic. I paid the back fee just so I could get in a see Katy again. Worth it!

I've had mixed experiences at WW Clinic over the years, but more recently have had some really good experiences at the Walk-in Clinic and Pediatrics. Super impressed with Dr. Timothy O'Connor in Peds and Dr. Brown at Walk-in. I really like Dr. Olswanger in Family Med, but it has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment to see him. I would also say that at times reception is not super helpful, but there are also several receptionists who are great to work with. As with any business, there's always room for improvement.
