We absolutely LOVE Lindsi! She goes above and beyond to care for our babies. She's so knowledgeable and uses her own experiences through parenting to help us learn and understand. She's wonderful!

For routine appointments that you can sign up for in advance, they are wonderful, but I tried first thing in the morning for an emergency appointment and they have nothing available! They can't even squeeze us in and suggested us go to urgent care.

We have been going for 8 years and have always loved it. Dr. Dumont is our primary care MD, but we have seen many of the providers over the years. Nothing but great things to say!

We have seen various people in this practice and each time we have been happy with the results and especially the bedside manner for each Doctor.

I've not had a good experience with Suburban Pediatric yet, and won't be returning to try for another bad one. It shouldn't take any doctor's office more than one visit to diagnose something as basic as pink eye. Billing is also a joke. What exactly is an "Annual Form Fee?" As far as I can tell, it's a made up fee for hard working parents to pay.

I wonder just how many of those made up fees they have? I will not be taking my children back to this practice to find out. And unless you want to be harassed by a corporation that cares more about money than the patients, then I would recommend you also stay away from Suburban Pediatrics.

HORRID! Don't waste your time going here. Decent docs. Terrible and mean staff who will make you feel like they are doing you a favor by scheduling an appointment.

If they have zero star I will use it, they are scammer, they try to get as much as they can money from the insurance without attend or do the right medical treatment for your kid. this is the worst place to trust for the health of your kid. thanks and be safe

Done with them after they started conversation from "your child need more vaccination or she she going to die." Especially Carla Barreu was awfully persistent and began threatening that would not take us anymore if i will refuse vaccines from r my child. She was showing me and my her attitude witch was so strange like she was on drugs! I never seen people actioning like that when you just trying ask some questions about immunization. Such a shame.

This practice has a few very good physicians (Dr. K, Ringle, and Lindsey) but the office staff is rude, impersonal, and their practice policies make it feel like the Walmart of pediatrics. Examples include outsourcing of after hours support that has an inability to write prescriptions. Clearly this equates to more billable visits at the expense of inconvenience for patients. When scheduling appointments you'll feel like they are doing you a huge favor. If you're in search of practices my advice is keep looking.

Very Poor Customer Service! Very Poor Diagnostics! Hurry up and wait over and over again! They like to cause you to come back as many times as possible so they make sure they get as much money as possible and send you home treatment less. My child has had a very sore throat with a fever for 8 days now and they still say its just a virus, nothing has grown in their little petry dish so it can't be an infection. Now she has a cough which she cries with because her throat hurts so bad. She has also missed 6 days of school now because I can't send her with fever!

I recently moved to the Mason area and was referred to Suburban Pediatrics Associates by a co-worker. Twice over the last six months my daughter was ill and needed a doctors appointment. When I called the office an automated phone system answered saying if you need appointment today press 4 and leave info they will return your call that day. I did this twice each time she was sick and they never returned my call to schedule appointment. I can't say if they are good doctors because on two separate occasions I was not even able to make an appointment!

For over 18 years I went to Suburban Pediatric Associates in Mason. It's a great doctor's office fit for kids of all ages, newborns through college students. I've seen many of their great doctors over the years, although I haven't been in contact with some of the newer MDs. Some of the pediatricians have been at Suburban for many, many years and are extremely experienced.

My brother and I felt comfortable even as teenagers at this pediatric office because Dr. Richard Heyman specializes in adolescents, and is funny too. They also have great nurses that can answer any and all questions, and who get back to you quickly with any question or test result you may have. Another great thing is that the Suburban Pediatrics office is basically located right next to the outpatient Children's Hospital, so if you need to get an X-ray or a blood test, you can just go right next door after your appointment.

The Suburban office is very nice, and as they say, "spacious, bright, and clean, " although they usually have a poor selection of magazines. There are sick and well sections of the waiting rooms, so those coming in for a simple check up don't have to worry about catching anyone else's germs. There is even a special newborn waiting room. Suburban Pediatrics is open for appointments every day, although there a "limited number of checkups" they schedule on Saturday mornings, while on Sundays they will see sick children.

There is also a doctor or registered nurse on call overnight. If you speak with a nurse and the problem is serious or unclear, they will page a doctor. Suburban Pediatrics is very reliable and simply a great place to take your children for their medical needs. There is also an office in Forest Park and one soon to open in Liberty Township, both of which surely are or will be as good as the one in Mason.
