Very unprofessional. Crammed 50 people in a room good for about 30. Don't tell you what to pay until JUST before they take you back EVEN TOUGH. they had the information for over a week

Waste of time, wasn't very professional, asked to many questions like my highest grade of education when I was there for a broken arm. Then charged me $80 for little to no help.

I saw all the negative reviews, and had to speak out. I have been seeing Dr Uppal since 2002. The best doctor you'll ever find, but.you have to be willing to wait, and I don't mean just an hour. I've been known to wait for him for up to four hours at times. I sign in, ask how long the wait is, and go have breakfast or run errands, or go shopping. The reason, he's just that good, and lots of people want to see him.

At times, if there are serious accidents at the hospitals, he's been known to be called in on an emergency basis. He will stand up for his patients against any company where their employee has been injured. He's done several cases like that, and he's not scared of no attorneys. Trust me, he is the doctor you want to see for any situation like that or if you have a bad back, .

He's one of best back doctors around and he's extremely knowledgeable. Experience, he's done so many, he could probably do then with his eyes closed. He also did my carpal tunnel and two rotator tears. I absolutely love him. My husband wanted to move, and I told him we couldn't move unless I pack Dr Uppal and take him with me. We did not move. This office is very very busy, so these people that are complaining about the nurses just need to take a deep breath and relax. They have always been more than helpful whenever I needed anything. I love the nurses there, top notch.

Very bad clinic unprofessional needs to close. My husband got his Dr. Referral note and comes in the day of his appointment and the receptionist tells him there is no referral, my husband comes in with a copy of his referral and she goes back to the office and finds the referral so they don't take him in and tell him they will make another appointment.

All their wrong doing and my husband talks to the supervisor and the supervisor just tells him, she will tell his Dr. to send him to another clinic. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL we had all proof for his appointment and they didn't do anything to take him in. Now my husband need to get another appointment and he needs results by his other next appointment. This is very upsetting for him.

Don't come to this clinic. This is the address to this clinic. Don't come here it's really bad costumer service overall. Even the supervisor does not help at all. Supervisor name is Tee.

Very rude front office staff, closed for lunch for two hours every day and they leave early and get back late. No availability for urgent issues such as broken bones.

Yes the Doctor and Nurse, and front Desk staff is nice, abd quick getting your paoer wrong done quick, for disability. But waiting a boot for my foot on my broken foot is crazy!, i hadxto buy something temporary to walk on.

I WOULD GIVE THEM LESS STARS IF I COULD WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The staff is extremely rude, and unhelpful. They don't want to help you. They don't even want you there. They have NO SENSE in of patient care. Not to mention, extremely unknowledgeable. Always have to ask someone else for something else. The wait time is ridiculous.

The doctor are rude. They provide NO PAPERWORK WITHOUT PAYING A 20$ fee! DO NOT COME HERE! I hope no one ever has to come here because it's really a horrible horrible experience every time I've come.

My 75 year old mother has a fractured ankle. They didn't splint her foot or give her a brace. They contacted her insurance company, and said the brace should be ready within a day or two. We never heard back. We called back this morning (Monday), and they said they hadn't heard from the insurance. We were then told to reschedule her appointment (Tuesday).

So I did, for Wednesday, because they're closed on the 4th of July. There was no offer of "bring her in and we'll do something temporary", just the expectation that we have to wait until the brace is ready. I understand that they have to wait on the insurance company, but why are they not offering my elderly mother another solution in the meantime? It's ridiculous that the patients have to jump through so many hoops, just to get proper medical care.

I did not appreciate how I was treated after my post opt by the staff and Dr. Gonzalez. On my first visit I went alone with an injury to my hand nd asked one of the ladies at the front desk if someone can HELP me fill out the paperwork and it was obvious I couldn't write wit my dominant right hand. So Beside noticing her ugly negative body language because I needed assistants she goes off and tells me "You should of brought someone with you to help out because we're to busy." So on my next visit I felt like I couldn't get a word in; it was jus lik they wanted to move on to the next person and didn't care what I felt or gave a dame on what one had to say. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that feels this way or had the same experience I bet.
