I gave birth at this hospital a few days ago and was so touched on the service and quality of my whole birth experience. All the staff and nurses were extremely professional, polite and helpful. They went out of their way and were always very knowledgeable. They were so nice made me all feel so comfortable and always made sure I had everything I wanted and desired.

They saved my little newborn baby during last-minute complications immediately, and looked after her every second around the clock until they made triple sure she was 100% ready to come back to me. They taught me how to take care of my baby, until I understood everything and every up to date research-backed detail. It felt like they really cared about us.

There was never any judgement, never any kind of questionable remark or negligence in any way. They always kept me updated and I am so grateful for them. It was such a positive experience, that when left I kinda missed the place. I am greatful for their outstanding care.

These murders refused my visits during covid 19 with proper document. Refused to transfer my aunt to a new location for hospic. They were extremely malicious. They falsified info till my aunt passed away. They allowed fowl play and gaming on a Galactica level with major players and violators involved. They didn't ever respect me enough to call me to tell me my aunt passed away after calling me 4 times a day till 2 day before she passed because I began to video and document there crimes. God help any patients seen buytjis Hospital and doctrines.

My mother was admitted to Washington Hospital on January 10, 2022 due to COVID-19. She was in a very serious condition because she usually needed oxygen to assist her breathing. I am very grateful to Dr. Hsu's team in the ICU ward for the effective treatment of my mother, which made her improve day by day, and she was discharged safely on the 24th. Thanks very much Pharmacist Christie. Special thanks to CASE MANAGER for arranging an ambulance to take my mother home as we don't have oxygen equipment with us.

NEW UPDATE (3/23/2022) I just wanted to go into detail on the atrocious experience my family had to endure for nearly two weeks. Especially days leading up to my father's passing, and moments after. 1) The lack of communication overall among hospital staff is rampant. The policies and protocols enforced by hospital staff is inconsistent. We were told misleading and conflicting information from various hospital staff members.

For example, their visitor policy due to COVID lacks justification. A person on comfort care is allowed up to 6 visitors the entire day, and can visit anytime throughout the day outside of normal visiting hours (10am - 6pm). COVID vaccination records are checked during visiting hours. However, after 6pm, COVID vaccination records are not checked. If the protocols were in fact due to COVID, COVID vaccination records should be checked for ALL visitors throughout the day.

This is an EXCEPTION to their visitor policy. I still do not understand why the visitor policy is limited to 6 people for the entire day if you are still requiring COVID vaccinations (during the day). There are various hospital staff members coming in and out of the patient's room, but your are limiting the amount of visitors. What is the point of being vaccinated and boosted, and we are following all the recommended protocols from the CDC?

If the hospital did in fact wanted to protect all persons entering the hospital, they should probably require a negative COVID test as well. It just shows how the policies enforced due to COVID at this hospital lacks integrity. Patients who have a large family are then forced to make heartbreaking decisions on who will get to say their goodbyes to their loved ones in person.

I understand the COVID protocols, but it is the 3rd year into the pandemic, if the hospital cannot adapt to it, then the hospital needs new management and rethink their policies that benefit the community it strives to serve. 2) The lack of professionalism among staff members is also rampant. After my father's passing, we had family members come to visit right after he passed.

When my my uncle and cousin tried to visit, moments after my dad passed, the front desk denied their entry. The nurses upstairs made an exception since the patient had just passed and it was still 2 visitors at a time. After my cousin told the lady that his uncle just passed, the lady said you could see him at the mortuary. I have never been so disgusted and angry after I heard about what happened. Saying that to a family in mourning, at a time of high emotions.

How insensitive and careless. This is a definite reflection of the upper management of this hospital. We did speak to the supervisor on the floor right after. But the damage is already done. The patient advocate, Kim Moss, also called me regarding the situation two days after. But again, damage is done. There is nothing you can say that will make things right for my family.

But the hospital should seriously rethink their policies and probably put their staff in sensitivity training. March 16, 2022 Review: A hospital is supposed to provide professional medical care to patients. The policies enforced in Washington Hospital tends to be unfavorable to patients. I strongly do not recommend this hospital. The lack of professional care and basic human kindness is rampant.

If you want your loved ones to be well cared for and treated humanely, I strongly suggest another hospital. They treat both patients and family members like ping pong balls. The experience my family had here was awful. Staff is severely unknowledgeable of own hospital policies. And some staff need sensitivity training. It's appalling what some staff members would say to patients/visitors.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH/PSYCHIATRIC CARE. these people are the least compassionate group of "healthcare" providers I have ever met. The first lady flipped to the "sign here" page and I am not dumb enough to not read everything so I read and underlined everything. The document is included. I asked "will I get an itemized receipt of every procedure?" And she said no, even though every hospital is required to provide this.

She attempted to grab the paper out of my hands and I pulled back since I hadn't signed yet. She angrily stormed off. She is not qualified to answer legal questions so she should absolutely not have this position. The Indian lady doctor was also insanely rude. I was there on a 5150 and for a while she refused to talk to me and wasted so much time.

I kept asking her to speak up since she had a thick accent and she just ignored me. The security guard doesn't know how to wear a mask. That is so embarrassing for a hospital. Finally, they somehow forgot to inform me that I am not allowed to take pictures of staff bc I am on 5150. No biggie, I'll return soon and take pictures of the staff that strapped me to a gurney and pumped sedatives into me.

I was essentially in a prison cell for 12 hours. They refused to give me even a crayon to write with. Tldr the medical staff is beyond cruel and their treatment of mentally unwell patients is disgusting.

Im disappointed in this hospital. It was always a well known quality hospital when i was a kid (90's). First off i went in when my oxygen was low back in April for covid. I was sent home the same night at 3am diagnosed with covid pneumonia and high fevers. It was a cold night with visible frost. The next morning my fevers were again high with my oxygen at 89.

I decided to go to Eden Hospital where i was taken in right away and treated for a week for covid pneumonia thankfully. Now my father in law went in because he suffers from mental health issues (depression, hallucinations, ) and has stopped eating and drinking. Completely. He wont take his medications for depression and hallucinations and wants to die.

We have told the hospital and what did they decided to do, send him home on the third day because there's nothing they can do to even get him transferred to a mental health facility because his vitals are fine and to follow up with his primary. Okay so he's not eating for more than a week, throwing up and not taking his meds. Does not speak or wake up just sleeps and denies to be responsive. Im soo disappointed again with Washington Hospital. It's stressful on our entire family. The health care and mental health system is trash.

This review for the pre-procedure clinic. I don't agree with the space configuration to check in patients. Basically every one in the waiting room, and those who are waiting in line, could hear everything that the patient at the counter is saying. This is a zero privacy check-in. In addition to that, one of the employees at the counter was calling the first patient in line and asking them about their name and date of birth, and the patient is still changing his/her mask.

Not sure why that rush! This is not acceptable and the check-in counters should be redesigned immediately. Perhaps split the second counter in halves and remove the first one. People can then make lines with separators between the two check-in windows. I gave the clinic 4 star only because some people see number of stars and might not read the review and they might not consider using the clinic. It is convenient to have this clinic and I encourage new patient to show ID and say I am not gonna say my information loud. Nurses are good and respectful. Thanks

If you can go somewhere else. Literally blew off all of my symptoms. Told me that my inability to feel my hands was because I was freaking out (I've had hemiplegia with migraines for years), didn't want to believe that was a slurring my words earlier (which is the reason I came to the ER). Dr. accused me of being overly intuitive, blew off symptoms. Heard nurses talking in the hall about me, saying I just had a headache and should go home.

It turned out to be a stroke mimic migraine. I am a very easy patient, I'm young, and kind to my care providers at all times. I didn't deserve their treatment that day, and I hope I'll never have to come back to this hospital.

The careful help of the staff made me feel the same care as my family. The doctor's decisive treatment gave me a new life. Thanks to all the people who work here, and wish you happiness every day!
