We had a good session. He listened to everything I said and worked very hard to help resolve my issues. Work in progress but the first time in over a week I felt like someone is trying to help.

I took my Daughter there today. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. Emilee Dishner was great. She explained everything to us so that we understood it well. She even answered some questions I had about myself even though I wasnt the patient today. :

Pretty much a pleasant experience. The staff was always there to lend a hand or answer any concerns I may have been having. Dr. Carver and his staff are the best. His work on my knees has been phenomenal. Two total knee replacements in 10 months. Worth it All. And my Physical Therapists have been sensitive yet stern. A real love/hate kind of relationship.

Hello, I recently suffered from a knee fracture and required surgeryand, brief hospital stay. Dr. Carver has so far been exceptional with his concern and quickness to resolve any issues that I have. The staff have been caring and, sufficient up until the call I made today. I have been experiencing some pretty excruciating pain in my knee/leg as well as my lower back.

I am very concerned and, really almost petrified about this, because I have no idea what is going on. I do not have a follow up until the 27th so I'm counting on the receptionist for my pain management concerns etc. until then. Today I have talked to someone I've never spoken with, she was rude, uninformative, and very unpleasant. Their isn't a cause for this, my experience is hospitalized and home with new surgery and honestly I've been rejected on my questions about the overall situation.

I've been up now for 3and a half days with a new more painful knee and, call with tears to such a passive rude person is just unacceptable. I really hope the day gets better for this individual and that she at least made a note for the nurse to call me.

We had to visit Watauga Orthopedics after taking our toddler to the ER the night before. This was our first experience with Watauga Orthopedics and everyone made sure that we were at ease and our little one was comfortable and taken care. Dr. Carver was fantastic and spent plenty of time making sure this mama was comfortable with the care plan and he was fabulous with my wild child. If we are ever in need of orthopedic care again, I will definitely be going back to Watauga and specifically Dr. Carver.

Top notch experience no bull no run around all questions answered. Micah McFaddin is a super informed professional. The team fixed up my destroyed finger and Micah told me how to protect it and why it was important. During the next seven weeks he checked my healing progress at reasonable intervals and told me what to expect and how to cope some of the minor lingering sensitivity. Micah is very observant and a well mannered man that takes his business seriously and he understands what the patient is going through and helped me get over the reality of losing the end of my finger.

After receiving encouragement on the phone from Tristen I showed up during their clinic hours without an appointment and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist at the front desk. I was seen almost immediately for comprehensive x-rays by a quick, efficient, and competent x-ray tech. A few minutes later I was seen and treated by John Henritze a PA who seemed to me to be as knowledgeable as an Orthopedic surgeon. John had a nurse come in to give me a shot with such skill I never felt it go in. I am very happy and satisfied with the entire experience and I highly recommend Watauga Orthopedics Bristol office and their first class staff and facility.

I was very pleased that Ms. Dishman was very courteous and caring. I didn't feel rushed or hurried out of the office like I sometimes have been. She took the time to examine my foot closely and explained her findings thoroughly. She also explained methods to possibly lessen my pain. After that she made sure I had no further questions about my care. She was one of, maybe the best caregivers I have had at Watauga.

This was my first visit to Watauga Orthopaedics. From the receptionist to the check out, the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Carver was very thorough and took the time to address all of my concerns. Facility was easy to locate, clean & orderly. I will be returning for op visits. I would recommend this facility to others.
