Before I moved out of state, I had this insurance through my employer. If you want one of the worst insurance coverages around. Go with this company. Customer service is very unknowledgeable, super high deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance and pharmacy Rx coverage is horrible. They won't pay for a ton of meds, only what is on their formulary. Yearly out of pocket total expenses was $6500 per person. For two in your family it was $13,700 per year! Steer clear of this company.they suck in so many ways!
