I actually thought I was going to be a veterinarian as I was growing up. In high school, I took a class in Anthropology, and it interested me enough to major in Anthropology in college. What I took away is that of all the parts of the body, it is actually the foot that is most uniquely human. No other animal, not even the other apes have a foot like ours, perfectly adapted to walk on two legs.

Felt comfortable with each step in finding what was wrong with feet and ankle problems. Also ordered meds and explained how and effects on why to use. Also gave me referral on vain issues on legs. Referral dr just waitinv on information being forwarded to them and then will set up appoint to help in this problem too. Thanks for help so far looking forward to seeing in three weeks with some improvement.

My new patient appointment could not have been a better experience! From making my appointment over the phone to checking in to my visit, the staff was professional and courteous. My X-rays were taken (wish I could remember her name) right away and I was explained each step with patience and efficiency. Dr Vonherbulis took the time i needed to explain my diagnosis and we made a game plan, answering all my questions and concerns without being rushed. I will highly recommend he and his staff!

Due to neuropathy in my feet, I was having difficulty walking, severe balance issues and I'd fallen. Dr. Z recommended medical food (pills with specific ingredients to help neuropathy), physical therapy and a liquid roll-on product (J2 Cold Therapy) to apply to feet. There was no magic cure-all but I am in a MUCH better place than when I first came to West Coast Podiatry.
My balance problems were much improved to physical therapy - I no longer need a cane to get around. Realistically I can't imagine a better outcome and if I develop any future problems I will definitely return to Dr. Z.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. Dr. Z is awesome. I was so impressed that after my last visit she researched alternative therapies that may help my particular situation. She went above and beyond to try and help me find comfort. It really showed me how much she cared. I would highly recommend West Coast Podiatry.

My husband is a patient of Dr Zdancewicz. She treated him first in the Wound Center at Doctor's hospital for a persistent lower leg wound. During his care, she was always professional and thorough. It is because of her diligence that the wound is finally healed. Upon his discharge, he made the decision to continue his necessary foot care in her private practice.
He saw her yesterday and was very pleased with the continuation of care with her. Her knowledge and fastidious care will certainly ensure prevention of further complications with his vascular condition in his feet and lower extremities.
