I used to love seeing Dr. Sara Halfmann she has seen both of my boys since birth. My 2 year old started experiencing alot of health problems that are very concerning. She hasn't/wouldn't help him. It got to the point i said a few choice words after asking her to help me and what is wrong with him? To which she responded im doing the best I can. How is that possible when she isn't doing anything to help no labs or sending referrals?

After I said some words with her cps showed up qt my door the next day after u was arriving home from taking him to shannon pediatric which guess what they are doing more than she ever did in 2 yeqrs they she reported thqt im overwhelmed. I explained I ain't overwhelmed im seeing my son lose drastic weight loss an many other things with no one helping. Thankfully they understood an are helping him along with shannon. If you want your child to actually be cared for go to shannon.

Reading these reviews I believe that they are referring to another department. My family has Dr Halfmann as our pediatrician and she is amazing! Super kind and caring and she gives you the bottom line every time. We recommend her to any new parents.

Went one time for a check up and bloods. The Dr. moved to another hospital sometime after. I never heard anything about my results or any courtesy of that type. 8 months later they have my address, phone number and email but instead I find a derogatory mark on my credit for non payment of the "services", which I never received a bill ect for. And they don't answer the phone or return calls for what I gladly would have paid had they reached out.

And now after years of on time payments on my credit I have this. All for results I never received and a check up with a Dr. that can't help me there and they still want to charge me to even get the results. Little ridiculous if you ask me.

This review is based off of just under 3 years of care. First, the things that I liked: Quiet and fairly clean Now the things I don't like: Getting a physical - many times it makes sense to get a physical when going in for another checkup or routine visit, but this money hungry place doesn't care about your convinence and you have to schedule (and pay) for a seperate visit for a physical. Oh, you also can't get one if it's less than 12 months since your last one so make sure to pick a month each year and get it then because once you start you can't change months! Getting medications - be ready to constantly remind the doctor's office to send your medication to the pharmacy, because sometimes it will take several days to get it sent over. Also, if you have repetitive medication, be prepared to pay for a yearly visit to get the prescription renewed since they are not willing to auto renew. Getting medical records - they do not have medical records on site for some reason and this means you have to request records online.

The problem is, you have to use a third party website (which hardly works) and pay $45+. If you're okay with these problems then this place might work well for you; otherwise, look elsewhere.

They're getting better, but need to work on being more empathetic and sympathetic towards their patients!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the dermatologist over there. Ross Alexander.because I went in and paid $125 to be seen. for nothing? I feel like I was not even SEEN, he didn't look close up and really check out my skin he didn't even look at CLOSELY, he glanced at like 2 spots and wasn't even close up, it was at arm's length. There's photos of dermatologists looking closely with a really good light and examining their patients and I feel like I wasn't even examined.

I had even mentioned THREE of my immediate family members recently had spots removed that were cancerous and obviously I'm very concerned and want to be checked and I feel like I was even checked. I feel like there was no concern for me at all.

I live in Midland, so it is a 2 hour drive down to my doctor here, but it is worth it! My husband an I kept losing babies and so we came here because they were the only ones that gave us a chance and they really worked with us, and now I have a 6 month old healthy baby girl. You still have long waits, but the staff has always been friendly to me no matter the department I visit.

They get you results fast and they actually care about the people they are dealing with. I had to switch doctors to a closer doctor due to the distance for having my baby, but even now with a new doctor in Odessa I still miss them and wish I could go back to having WTMA be my doctor.

Does not even deserve the 1 star. I was referred to these doctors and everything is about getting their money. They say they will work with you, BUT as long as you give them the money first. Its all about them getting their money.not 1 ounce of compassion for the patients that are in a financial hardship. Needless to say they tell you this just a couple days before you are scheduled for surgery. It has been a big mess and lots of unecessary stress. #haveaheart #wtmadon'tcarefortheirpatients

I've been with my primary doctor for a long time. I'm from out of town. Long story short: I took time off work to drive all the way there only to be told I had to pay 60 instead of 50 that I had with me or they would reschedule me. My copay is 30. They actually gave my copay back to me and sent me out the door! They'd rather give your money back and turn you away! And didnt even have the decency to let me know this beforehand!
