Dr. Lyons has been practicing with WRFP since 1995. Between 2005 and 2007 he wrote articles for a local publication on pertinent health issues affecting the family. What helps acne? Your best bet is to wash your face once or twice a day with mild soap and water. Over-the-counter acne creams can also help, if you buy the right product.

WRFP has provided caring, authentic, detail-oriented care to our growing family over the past 16 years. I really can't say enough about the amazingly consistent experience we've had there of top-notch medical care delivered in a personal, relaxed, attentive way.

Equipment is so old/out-of-date that they can't fax certain prescriptions to the pharmacy, and insist you pick up your prescriptions in person because the office staff refuses to mail them. They've gone so far as to tell me it was illegal to mail my prescriptions which, according to my wonderful CVS pharmacist, is a flat-out lie.

Practitioners get an A, but records --- eek. One kid with completely missing vaccination records (this was his primary care for 10 years), another with only a barely legible scan from a prior practice. A son was asked for a titre for college to prove he'd had chicken pox. He returned home having not done the lab work: he was told the record showed he'd had the vaccine (when in fact the date on the record was the date he was diagnosed with the illness). Were we to start again, we'd choose a different practice.

Choosing a pediatrician is a big deal and there are few decisions I feel better about than choosing WRFP. We now have two boys, have seen every doctor and nurse here multiple times, and have always felt the complete care, compassion, and knowledge they provide on every visit, large or small. We also use WRFP as our primary care and have no problems getting into see doctors when we need to and getting detailed and thorough answers to any questions. Would give them more stars if I could.

I contacted the office and spoke with a lady named Jeanna about establishing myself as a new patient and I have never had a phone conversation with such a rude person in my life. Good first contact with patients is absolutely essential in order to provide minimum levels of healthcare. I won't be using their healthcare services after such an encounter to say the least!
