STRHS-Lawrenceburg, formerly Crockett Hospital, is a 99-bed, acute care facility located in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, 85 miles south of Nashville. We have been providing the best healthcare in Lawrence County and surrounding counties in Southern Middle Tennessee since 1974. We expanded the facility and services in 1991 with the addition of an Outpatient Surgery Unit, a state-of-the-art 24-hour physician-staffed Emergency Department, and an Intensive Care Unit.The hospital opened a 10-bed Physical Rehabilitation Unit in 1997, and a Women's Health Center in 1999.
Situated among the rolling, green hills of southern Middle Tennessee, the historic town of Pulaski combines old-fashioned Southern charm with warm hospitality to create a family-friendly community. Pulaski is the county seat of Giles County, featuring high winding ridges in the north and the fertile valleys of Richland Creek and the Elk River in the south.

Every employee from pre OP, same day surgery, OR, and medical floor had excellent communication and showed compassion. They were efficient, professional and paid a great attention to my care. Keep up the great work and continue with the outstanding attitudes.
