Wow! What a change! I have been coming here for a few years now. For a couple of years now, the young man at the front desk (Michael) left me with a bad taste in my mouth. He was very unprofessional and rude every time I visited the office. Now! The staff has turned over and the ladies (Amber & Michelle) in there are absolutely amazing! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. You can't ask for more! I was going to find a new eye doctor but after my visit today, I'm sticking around! Thanks so much, Willow Creek Eye Care!

I have been waiting for my Sunglasses for MONTHS. They were ordered in June and I was told 2 weeks it would take to get them. I asked if I would get them before the 4th of July and Michael said probably. It is now AUGUST 18th AND THEY HAVE TOLD US MORE STORIES AS TO WHY I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THEM. They have said, they mailed them to the wrong place, they said they were the wrong color of glasses they mailed, they were not receiving the deliveries, they now don't have the color I wanted available, but did when I ordered. Michael took his family on vacation for 2 weeks and no one in the office could tell us anything about the glasses.

They are completely unorganized and I will be calling our insurance company to turn them in. And requesting my $189 back. They have really put me in a bid in getting glasses some where else because I have already used my insurance. Our insurance runs out in 2 more weeks. MY HUSBAND IS STILL ON HOLD AND IT HAS BEEN 45 MINUTES WAITING FOR MICHAEL TO COME TO THE PHONE. MY NEXT LETTER GOING TO BBB.

Great customer service. I have been coming here since I moved to Oregon and have not been disappointed. They are very helpful and have a great selection of glasses.

If you like wasting your money, poor customer service and a company that doesn't stand by their product then this is the place to go! The journey to get my glasses has taken 9 months of my life from me and the finished product is still less then ideal. I even asked for a refund after two redo's and was told no 3 months later but they would redo it one final time for me.

Even after dropping them off it took another 8 weeks to get my glasses back. If you have to deal with Michael RUN, he communicates nothing to you and Im pretty sure he ignored some of my phone calls when I was simply trying to get the product I paid for! Id give them zero stars if I could. He told me that my glasses would be shipped to me next day, after a week went by I had to call to find out where they were.

He still had them. Did they try to call me and tell me that there were issues with the lenses. nope. There are so many other places that are quick and efficient. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at WILLOWCREEK EYE CARE!

So pleased with the experience is this office. Was visiting from out of town and broke my glasses. Michael fixed them quickly. He was also so helpful in solving my issue of foggy glasses when wearing my mask.

Love this small office. Great selection of frames and family friendly. Michael was amazing helping both my daughter and I choose our new glasses.

Willow Creek Eye Care is horrible. I had to cancel appointments because My grandfather died and I was flying out that week for his funeral. They said that was fine, and I was not told I would be charged, but later on I got billed $200 for cancelling the appointment. Not only that, but the bill arrived taped To my front door, instead of delivered by mail. I will never, ever, ever go to them for eye care again.

I got both my glasses here a few years ago, and recommended the place to my mom. However, I was unaware that there was a change in ownership, and it turned into a terrible mess. My mom's glasses were messed 4 times after the initial visit. She kept having to go back to get them fixed. The actually optometrist is really friendly, and it seems like she knows what's she is doing.

The front staff only has a few people that actually know what to do. They either need to train their employees better or they will lose all their customers that the previous owner built up over the years. I'm sorry to say, but I won't be back, and I feel bad that my mom had to go through all the headache just to get a decent pair of glasses. They also overcharged us.

I have been going to this office for years. My old optometrist sold the business and I love the new crew! Very competent and friendly would highly recommend coming here. Bonus got my glasses back really quick and told the doctor I was really interested in trying contacts. She got a pair out and put them in so I had an idea how they felt. My old optometrist said at my age it would be to difficult for me to learn! Boo! Needless to say I'm going back after the holidays to learn how to wear them! So excited! Go! Give them a try!

Another disappointment. I was told my son's contacts came in and they told me to come anytime but from 1 to 2pm. I understand because they have lunch at this time. So I get out if work at 12:10pm using my lunch time to get my son's contacts and when I get there, they have a sign on the door saying that they are closed for an early lunch. This is not the first time that is happens. Just lost my lunch time for nothing. They really don't care about the customer.

Run. Away. Fast. The change in ownership has dragged this place down. The staff is incompetent. They are all nice and sociable BUT are unable to provide accurate work and are way overpriced. First, I was given the wrong prescription. Costco is the one who found the mistake and called the office with me standing there. Willow Creek sent them a new prescription and guess what, it was wrong too.

Thank goodness for the competent staff at Costco. I was just going to get contacts from Costco but after the ineptitude of Willow Creek I ordered glasses AND contacts.and paid $50 LESS for contacts and glasses than I had just paid for one pair of glasses as Willow Creek. I immediately called Willow Creek and cancelled my glasses order, which had been made and paid for less than two hours earlier.

The staff refunded me (which did show up on my credit card) but then I received a call two weeks later that my glasses were in. I called and advised them that I had cancelled my order two weeks ago (had to leave a message because no once answered). I continued to receive two more calls advising me that my glasses are in. So, either they don't listen to their voice mail or don't care. Long story summed up.on the look out for a new Optometrist for my family as we won't be back.

I normally do not write reviews negative or positive. However this place is absolutely horrible. I ordered safety glasses on November 16, it is now after Christmas and I still don't have them. The first pair came with the wrong prescription. I was told on the day the wrong ones came in, they would be replaced in 4 days. I didn't hear anything for a week so I called I was told 4 more day's. Today I called and was told 4 more days. Also absolutely radio silence from there side no updates, all the contact has been me calling them. Very poor for a doctor's office.

I was going to this place for years.then it changed ownership. Getting an appt was fairly easy. The exam seemed ok. I opted to get some cute sunglasses during this visit as my eyesight had barely changed. My order took weeks to come in and I had to go in and pay an 'extra' cost they forgot to charge me for the first time. Now, I just want to point out that I ordered Ray Bans and Ray Ban has their OWN facility to do the eyeglass portion and turn these fairly quickly. Anyway, I went to go pick them up.a little excited.and the lenses of the glasses I picked out had this gradient shading to them but these did not.

Then I heard blah blah blah so they had to send them back to get what I ordered. So, I got them. The vision seemed off.but they are new glasses so I knew it would take a while. My vision never adjusted to wearing them. I ended up going to Costco and got an eye exam there with much different results then this place. SHEER curiosity at this point had me to go to another place for an eye exam and it matched Costco's result. So, now, the eye exam was shoddy at this place that was formally Willow Creek and the glasses were useless.

Bottom line, front staff has NO idea what they are doing and super shady. The lady that used to own this place must be kicking her self in the ass for selling it to this people.

Complete con artists. Rude. Eye doctors are fine but staff is awful. Charge you for services not rendered. Run.

Don't trust them with your money! front staff is awful and can't answer simple questions like: what are you charging me for? what is insurance covering? then you'll get a bill in the mail 3 months later double what you were expecting and no explanation of why.

Hello, new ownership. need I say more. call them and get vmail 90% of time. Leaving vmail is waste of time as they do not call back 90% of time. Not to say people aren't nice as they are. To top it off, I bought a pair of expensive progressives ('$700+) and frame broke due to stress fracture in plastic. Bellinger frames! Purchased over 5 frames plus from Dr P and Amy (Front Desk) and they always took care of me. Frankly loved them.

Now I have a pair of broken frames, DrP/Amy gone and can't get help to get them replaced. Why would I spend another $700 on Bellinger frames if they break and when calling them I get vmail and no call back. Welcome your thoughts on Bellinger Frames and/or new owners - Daryl

The customer service is extremely disappointing. I had a horrible experience recently. There was a mistake with my glasses which was fine but how they have handled it has been horrendous.

I have been going to Willow Creek for years. Dr. Vitello is great but the place has changed. The long-standing staff who was caring and knew the customers is gone. Now when you walk in, they barely acknowledge you, front desk staff can't do anything and the optometrist just lets you wait without telling you how long you might have to. I needed a nose pad fixed which they used to do on the spot.

I had to wait half an hour. I decided to call for an appointment but they never answered the phone. I ended up going somewhere else where they fixed my nose pad for free and mentioned they were getting other customers from Willow Creek. I feel the place no longer puts the customer first. Will not be going back.

I've been coming to Willow Creek Eye Care for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are always friendly and welcoming. They work really hard to make sure you get the best care, and the best glasses or contacts. I appreciate all that they've done for me over the years and plan to continue as a patient and customer there for years to come.

My husband and I have been in care of Willow Creek Eye Care over 7 years. Staff and doctors are all nice. I think price of contact lenses are reasonable. They take VSP insurance. They are great!

Dr. Vitello was great. She helped me a lot with my new contacts. I liked that she explained my options so I could move to a better contact lense that was more comfortable and gave me better vision over time. Cost is a big issue for me and she helped by finding contacts that would not break my budget. Her staff was really helpful with checking insurance coverage. Thank you Willow Creek Eye Care.

Great experience all around. The doctor was charming, funny, and very knowledgeable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and was able to put me at ease even though I had been anxious for the appointment. I also missed an appointment (had to work a late night and slept through my alarm, totally my fault) and they were extremely friendly and accommodating about getting me rescheduled.

I ended up with a great pair of glasses, and even treated myself to my first pair of prescription sunglasses. They carry an excellent selection of frames and prices to fit every budget. I was also impressed with the 30% discount on my second pair of glasses. I would highly recommend Willow Creek Eye Care and I'll definitely be returning.

I was really impressed with my doctor.she was great! I've had experiences with other eye doctors who have forced me to go with progressive lenses for my vision problems, which really mess up my ability to see. She did not.she really listened to what I needed and prescribed two sets of glasses, single vision, for two different problems (seeing close/reading/computer & low light/at night/far sight). I couldn't be happier with the result! Thanks for finally giving me a good eye exam expereience! It's been a long time.

Everyone was so nice, helpful and timely at Willow Creek Eye Care. I told them I was on a tight budget and they really worked with me to pick the best options within my financial limit. I really enjoyed this company and I am happy to be a new patient here. I would've given them 5 stars, but I just wish they had a few more styles for the frame options.

What can I say, I'm a guy and as most of you other guys know, or women who know guys know, we can be fairly obtuse when it comes to fashion sense and this also includes eye wear fashion. There are three types of glasses a guy can opt for: the first being what he thinks looks and feels good but really only looks good to him. Second is what his girlfriend thinks looks good on him but he really doesn't like, and then there is option C which is go to Willow Creek Eye Care and have really nice fashion-wise women help you to pick out something currently fashionable that fits your face and won't cost you near as much as your girlfriend's Prada shoes did.

Plus as a bonus you can browse online for frames you might like to try on right from their website with links to all the frame designers at your fingertips (really cool). Dr. Paola Vitiello is a very thorough and practical Optometrist and her office has only the newest technology for testing eyes She also has an eye for the beauty of Art as her office is nicely decorated with local artists' works that She fondly supports and displays on her walls.

So guys if you're the type that needs help with fashion or you're a bit of a fashionista then get your eye wear on at Willow Creek. Oh yeah and they do carry Women's fashion eye wear too.
