It is overcrowded and short staffed. Constantly on your feet. Hard beds hard chairs hard everything. Meds are either not there or will be there "tomorrow ". Met alone with my counselor once for 15 minutes during my stay. Go somewhere else where they have time for you.

I am still sober after 4 mo, I considtrated on recovery not on food when I was there. I got the tools I needed to deal with life, not on my terms but life term's.

Discharge dates are solely based on how long your insurance will pay. There is no clinical basis for how long patient stays are. There is a serious lack of qualified clinicians and groups are based for the mentality of a kindergartener. I stopped even going to dinner as I truly would rather go hungry the food was so bad. I saw so many patients exchanging meds it was truly ridiculous.

There is absolutely no medical care. In the first 6 days I was there, 3 people od'd and 2 died. I was there a total of 31 days and spent a total of 20 minutes one on one with a "clinician". DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE THERE!

Please do not send anyone you love to this place. The staff is horrible. They do not care what happens to the patients. You will be sending the person you love to get some help to their death!

Horrible experience didn't even stay the whole time and they still try to charge me for the whole stay. the nurses there are very rude. Had cleaning staff going through my stuff. But the one thing about this place is they just want the money. People they do what ever they want no structure or much to do when I was there. I stayed 5 day and had enough. Very upsetting it was it going back to high school. Every one making stuff up on each other. Just horrible.

One of the most unprofessional places I've had to have the displeasure to call. Not only were they rude and unhelpful, but I spent 2 hours getting the run around just to solve 1 little issue. Kendra H is not professional and the other charge nurse hung up on me without giving her name when asked. I dont feel safe with my partner in this place if it's a hassle to get some information on well being.

I will not be telling anyone about this place and I will be discouraging anyone from trying to find treatment from this facility. I also noticed through some research that they only reply to more positive comments. Fix your business practice because with the good there is also bad.honestly from what I've seen you guys aren't that good at what you claim to do. Would live a better reception and to tale part 9n my partners recovery, but WTC isn't helping the cause at all

I've been in recovery and struggling for over a decade. WTC provided a safe environment and the resources to begin the healing process. The staff also helped prepare me for what comes after treatment.the real world. I am proud to say I have been clean and sober for 2 years next week! I am present in my families life, I'm a good employee, and have true friends today! Thanks WTC for a jumpstart back to a life worth living!

The staff was very helpful, we alumni program was the best part of my recovery. The food service is excellent however it would be nice to have a vegetarian menu. I think they workout facilities should be open more often. The interaction with the staff and the patients was not as fluid as I thought it could be.

Very simply, WTC saved my life. I was so lost and so broken and ready for a change in my life and from day 1, minute 1 and all the way through my stay I felt loved, valued and safe. Was it an easy place to be? No. No one cares for rules and structure after living an unmanageable life. However, I really believe that you get out of WTC what you put into it.

I was there for a reason and WTC gave me the foundation and education I needed to start out in recovery. I will always be grateful to ALL of the staff for doing what they do and for changing and saving lives one at a time.

AMAZING! This facility saved my life, plain and simple. I was at the end of my rope, and WTC gave me the tools I needed to live sober. Like any treatment facility, you will get out of it what you are willing to put in, and I suspect some of the negative reviews here reflect that concept. The counselors were great, always willing to listen. Classes and groups each day taught me so much about myself, and left me feeling good about myself again.

The food was great, and the rooms were comfortable. I'm not sure I could have gotten any better treatment at one of the overpriced private places. I'm so grateful. Thank you.
