I was taken by ambulance to Wilson and Jones just this week. The ambulance drivers had to carry me to the stretcher. I kept apologizing, but they said to stop, it was no big thing. When I got to Wilson and Jones, I was seen immediately! I got treated so quickly, I was able to walk out of the hospital the next morning on my own! Everyone was so focused on getting me better from the wonderful doctor and the caring nurses! I will definitely go back when I need to. Thank you to all the wonderful staff there!

THIS IS THE WORSE HOSPITAL EVER! THEY ARE VERY SLOW WILL HAVE YOU WAITING IN A ROOM FOR 4 HOURS BEFORE THEY COME CHECK ON YOU. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL. ITS THE ER. THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEY JOB. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

From the ER, to medical records, to billing - the staff does not care about attention to detail in the slightest! Before you go to the ER you might want to call and literally ask the staff if it would be a good time to show up - because they very well could be going through shift change and won't be able to perform an accurate shift to shift turnover!

I called today trying to find out where my bill is because my insurance processed my ER visit weeks ago - well, come to find out the intake lady didn't bother using the information I gave her, chose to use the outdated information on file and therefore my bill was sent to an old address - when I informed the lady in billing that address was no where near the address I gave when checking in to the ER she said "No one is perfect" - that is when I lost it - wow - in one sentence she completely minimized, marginalized and dismissed me!

Not a care in the world of the issues and potential issues caused by the lack of attention to detail and laziness that persists throughout the hospital! Most of the staff have been there way too long and somehow are insulated from repercussions and consequences for extremely poor performance! Yet again, maybe they are meeting the low standards required of WNJ!

The worst hospital I've been to, I checked myself out, I was admitted but stayed in the ER the whole time, not once did staff check on me, I went in by ambulance bc of seizures, I was never given any of my regular meds(day or night) they had the list but the dr never ordered them. One of my regular meds if I miss a dose will cause a seizure but yet they did not give me my meds.

I had to wrap the toilet seat with paper bc there was bm on the underside of the seat, and I told staff and it never got cleaned. Like I said I checked myself out. ENTER WITH CAUTION

The Haven is one letter away from heaven. The staff here has saved my life twice now. I never imagined detox would be such a blessing. I wish I could have come here a long time ago. I am thankful for the relationships I have made and the impact on my life from everyone here. I means a lot to be cared for by people who have been in your shoes. No judgement.

The most caring people in a hospital ever. You are not a number, you are not alone. If you need help, please do yourself a favor and come to The Haven. It's the best gift you can give yourself.

I had a hysterectomy 2 days ago and I was very well treated by all the hospital staff. Doctor Teresa RockHill is amazing, she took very good care of me. The anesthesiologist went through everything with me and made me feel comfortable about the procedure. After surgery when they brought me upstairs on the 3rd floor, the nurses were so loving and caring. RN Taylor, RN Melissa, RN Angie and RN Loy were so loving and caring.

I had the best great hospital experience I could ever ask for. The Nurses are amazing. They were constantly checking on me to see if I needed anything. I am blessed to be in great hands and care at Wilson N. Jones Regional Medical Center. The nurses here are truly angels. I love you guys, thank you so much for taking care of me. RN Loy you are amazing. The Hospital was also sparkling cleaned. LVN Tiffany also took great care for me. She was fantastic.

While there to take an alcohol test after I had a seizure, I had another. The nurse in the ER roughed me up pretty good. Trying to get a person to submit through pain while they had a seizure and didn't understand the situation. Every time I sleep on my left side or play a sport I'm reminded of that day due to the pain in that shoulder.

We had a great experience. We were seen quickly, didn't wait long in the room for the doctor Howell and she was extremely kind and attentive. All the nurses and hospital staff we came into contact with were polite and helpful.

I barely even remember the emergency room or first 2 days I was here. But, the rest of my stay was actually nice. Food was good enough. They were quick to see to my needs. If you see a crew with these people on it, know that they will take wonderful care of you. They each answer their calling and their heart is in their work! My heroes: Angie, Debbie, Maria, Don, Mike, Robert, Kayla, Tabitha, Andre, and John

I ended up in the hospital Thursday night on a 72 hr watch. Cannot say enough how wonderful the staff, docs, nurses, social workers were in the Behavioral Health unit. They treat everyone with dignity, respect and compassion. Thank you everyone in Behavioral Health for getting me back in a good place again.
