I have been taking both my girls, 3 and 10 to the Kettering location since they were born. Every time I call to get an emergency visit in, they can get me in within an hour. We sometimes wait and sometimes not, but that's life in a busy Dr's office. No complaints here. I realize we're not the only patients on Earth. We typically see Dr. Feldman but if we have had to see anyone else they are always thorough, informative, and kind. Staff has always been friendly and organized. I'm happy I have a good pediatrician to go to.

I have hit my breaking point with this office. Been going here for almost 9 years. This is an extremely busy practice, at any given time there are 4 to 5 physicians in building. Staff is generally plesant and appologetic. 1. Unless you are there for the earliest appointments, you will wait in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes past your appointment time, and wait for at least another 15-20 minutes for the doctor to come in once you are in the room.

It has not been uncommon to wait over an hour past appointment time to be seen. Not fun with screaming babies. 2. Saying no names; there is a physician there that I will not see anymore. She is extremely condescending during conversation verbally and non-verbally. 3. I literally sat on the phone on and off of hold for an hour and 11 minutes just now trying to schedule an appointment. 4. Billing---- For the past year, after every single appointment, I have stopped at the check out window and handed the lady my debit card to pay the co-pay. Ive told them that we owe and each time they have almost argued with me, that I dont have a co-pay. Well, what do you know.

In Feb we got a $280 bill for non-payment of co-pays. My sick kid was, guess what, sick again so i called to schedule an appointment, but they wouldnt let me because of the past due balance. I had to be transferred to the billing department to pay, then transferred back to the receptionist to pay. guess how long i was on hold that time. in short. If you value your time and energy, do not go to this pediatricians office.

Long wait times, Dr conlon doesn't like to answer questions without talking down to you. They do not call to make sure your bringing you child in for future appointments, even vets do this.

I go to the Beavercreek location and have for many years. I took my first born there and saw Dr Wingate. She was amazing. Now with my 2nd child we see Dr Bunn and she is amazing too. New location is nice cuz my Dr office is next door. I don't like the waiting game. If the Dr is running late you should be told that at the time if check in.

Been going their for my kids for about 6 years. First kid was healthy and I had no problems. At times it felt like they didn't really know us, but kid #1 was healthy so it was fine. The second kid is medically complicated and that is when problems in the care started. They ignored symptoms for months, I ended up skipping an appointment and taking my child to the ER at Children's. Turns out my kid was VERY sick with a rare genetic disease that required a bone marrow transplant.

I was told for months that her symptoms were not a problem and I was generally ignored by the staff of Pediatrics of Dayton. Took about a year and a half away with specialist saving her life which made a pediatrician redundant. After all of that I came back to start her care again with a pediatrician and found it was even worse now. They don't know her name or her particulars until they are in the room with you and reading them on the file.

They don't remember conversations you had with them about the plan going forward. They didn't understand the specifics of her care, and i had to raise my voice just to get them to call the specialists to clarify things. They argued about facts that were clearly in the instructions from the specialists that they were holding in their hands. Literally it is just a bloated practice that is too large to service a kid that needs attention to detail. Details are not something they are very good with even through they pretend they are important to them.

Apparently you can have a child with a unique condition where they are the only living diagnosed kid in the western hemisphere and they still can't learn your name or the basics on her care. And when you raise your voice to advocate for your child, they ask you not to come back. If your child has special medical needs, look ANY PLACE ELSE. Pediactics of Dayton just isn't capable of the proper care.

I love the doctors and nurses. We primarily see Dr. Meister. She always takes her time with us and makes sure all my questions are answered. Taking off a star because the wait times in person and over the phone are a bit excessive, but at least the medical staff is thorough when it's our turn in the room.

I'm so frustrated with this office, but I love the medical staff. We've seen Dr. Conlon mainly. She's been wonderful and all the nurses at fantastic as well. However, I think we need to switch bc it is nearly impossible to schedule over the phone. The answering service gives you the wrong times and when the phones do open, they still don't work. This morning I need to schedule a covid test for my daughter bc she was exposed at school and can't return without a negative test. I've been calling for over an hour and am finally just going to drive there.

My daughter has been with Dr Conlon since birth. In just the last year or 2 we have had awful trouble getting ahold of the office. I am put on hold for AT LEAST 30 minutes every single time I call. And trying to make an appointment is a nightmare, after being on hold, half the time we get hung up on. Seriously thinking of finding a new pediatrician due to these issues.

My three sons have been patients with pediatric associates since my first son was born 5 years ago. We love our doctor and have had positive experiences with the office staff and nurses. The only consistent frustration we have had is waiting in the waiting room long past our scheduled appointment times. This ranges anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour and a half. I don't think we've ever been seen on time which can be very frustrating.

We haven't even been with this practice for even a year and they kicked us out over a balance of $30. They sent us a threatening letter that we had a past due amount and we needed to pay immediately or they will kick our kids out. So we paid the balance due. Then this past week, I called to get my daughter in for emergency care (pink eye and strep throat), I waited on hold for scheduling for 10 mins. Hung up and called the other office number to see if I could get into scheduling there. after waiting almost another 10 mins, I finally got someone.

This women was so rude. I told her what was happening and she laughed saying I had a $30 balance on the account and needs to transfer me to billing. Got to billing and I was furious because this should have already been handled. The person I spoke with in billing said she wasn't sure why they couldn't schedule my daughter for an emergency visit. I went ahead and paid the $30 over the phone and told the women I will take my daughter to urgent care since they won't refuse to see my kids!

Then today, my daughter had a fever (going on day 3) and my husband called to see if there was anyway she could be seen since our account has been settled and they said no because they deactivated our account! This place is horrible! They care more about money than treating your child. This is only the 2nd pediatrician I've ever taken my kids too (originally with the last practice since birth, only switched because we moved).

I don't recommend going here. Take your kids somewhere else. They couldn't even get my kids records straightened out! They refused to give them their shots claiming the old pediatrician never sent records when in fact they did, this office just lost them! It's a mess. Staff is rude and will laugh at you. Not caring at all. I do not trust my kids being seen by anyone there.
