Everybody should know that this obgyn does not provide all the information necessary. I got my Mirena taken out and was not told about the mental reprocessions although they have a file of all my documentation. They responded by saying that everyone should know that hormones affect your body and it is not their responsibility to tell you about that.

I have been a client for over 5 years and REFUSE to ever return here again. Not only did my mental health get messed up but I was also told that I would be able to convieve after one period which they could induce. I scheduled that appointment thinking I'd be able to have a child soon. But then later I found out that this is not possible unless it is a "regular natural" period.

So they were willing to induce my period knowing my goals and intentions and still set me up for an appointment knowing I was given the wrong information and would not be Ble to conceive.

I had a brutal experience there. I waited for a very long time, in a sheet, waiting to have a procedure done. After being at a clinic for over an hour, I was ready to have this done and over. The Dr. came in, knew I was mad. I have anxiety anyway, so waiting in a sheet for some time imagining what was to come was not helpful. The procedure was very painful, and I cried. Don't make people wait like that.

I normally see Tami Clark and absolutely love her! She's truly cares about her patients. She's even personally called to explain situations, which I never had. Also have seen Dr. Neri for my pregnancy/delivery and she was absolutely amazing as well. I love them so much that even when I took a job at another OBGYN clinic which would've been more convenient I kept going to Tami/Dr. Neri.

I don't love that sometimes I wait past my appointment time to be seen but I'm understanding because I know when its my turn I won't be rushed and have all my questions answered. Billing department always returns my calls in a timely manner and helps me with any questions. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the front desk staff usually seem annoyed when someone walks in and I honestly don't think I've ever seen one smile in all the years I've gone there. But like I said the care us exceptional and they also have amazing caring nurses who return my call in a timely manner.

Stay away from this clinic. They don't care or value you as a patient. I missed one appointment due to going through domestic violence at the time and now they won't schedule me. I even spoke the office manager and explained/not my character & apologized but according to her, Dr. Placek still doesn't want me as a patient! That tells me as a woman they don't care about domestic violence or how my life/health was affected by it!

I had two procedures done with Dr. Tomjack, both were not what I was explained at all and were very traumatizing and painful. AFTER one of the procedures he tells me having this procedure done could cause difficulties giving birth. That would have been nice to know before hand. I went to a different doctor and she was very upset that he did this procedure on me.

I will never return. For anyone that has had a traumatic experience or gets anxiety when going to the gyno, you don't really want to wait for over an hour to see the doctor past your appointment time. The doctor did not examine me and only gave me reading materials. I also must mention that he did not even apologize or make an explanation for being an hour late.

My time is also important. The nurses asked sensitive questions in a very insensitive manner, and one of the nurses could not manage to keep her mask covering her nose and mouth. If you have that many problems with protective equipment at your day job in a health care center, it makes me wonder what kind of care you take in your personal life.

The only reason I switched to this office was because Dr. Martin moved. It's the office and (some) of the nurse staff that ruins it for me. My old office was in Bryan hospital with twice the patients and phone calls and they still never hesitated to smile, be personable, and make me feel welcomed. This front desk staff/nurses are all business, another patient another day, it's just an unfriendly environment for moms and women in general. I guess I hope that Dr. Martin's amazing personality and friendly attitude rubs off on them over time. To specify- the issues are in the 6050 building not the 6120!

Dr. Neri has been my OB through two pregnancies and labor. I felt heard every time that I raised a concern. The whole office went above and beyond to take care of me. I absolutely trust Dr. Neri and the other physicians in this office.

I had a visit with Tami Clark today. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming, and the nurse who got me started was beyond kind. Tami herself was AWESOME. I was a bit nervous about a very minor procedure, and she was not only fast but a total rockstar at bedside manner. I also appreciated her wealth of suggestions on contraceptive options, and the fact that she took her time to listen and ask if I had any other questions/concerns. Bonus: they booked me for an annual while I was there so I wouldn't have to go back right away. I'm not a fan of medical appointments, but I genuinely look forward to working with this office, in future.

Dr Placek and her team are incredible. I have been with her for over 8 years and gone through two pregnancies with her and have had nothing but great experiences. They are kind, attentive, and I feel seen and cared for by them. Dr Placek takes her time and answers any and all questions. I never feel rushed or like another number to them. She has gone above and beyond to care for me during both of my pregnancies and we felt extremely confident in her abilities. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new OB in Lincoln. Wonderful, wonderful people.
