Dr. Pratt and his staff were so friendly and easy to deal with. In the exam room I was told what would happen and after the exam they asked if i had any questions about what was found. In this day and age, many doctors and their staff either don't care or don't want to take the time to explain things and make sure that you understand what they find out. I really appreciate them taking the time to make sure that I understand everything, since I hadn't been to an ENT in 30 years. I would recommend Dr. Pratt to everybody!

Dr. Pratt and his team are awesome. They run on-time and I love that he's proactive in helping you feel better and "cure" your issues without jumping right into giving you prescription after prescription.

Dr. Pratt and staff are the best. Dr. Pratt did my daughter's ear tubes when she was 4 she has never has a sinus issue since she's now 18. Dr. Pratt removed polyps from my nose and has been treating me for allergies. Your in good hands with Dr. Pratt and staff!

Had been a patient here for over 4 yrs. Dr. Pratt is knowledgeable but his staff is horrible, especially the office manager. Between being threatened by an excessive late fee charge (2 weeks before the balance was due) and the fact they will not refill any medication for you unless you book your next appointment before leaving I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Pratt and his staff are excellent. I never have to wait for hours in the office like at other places. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Doctor Pratt was very polite and helpful with diagnosis, but was not completely satisfied. The receptionist were not helpful at all or professional with my appointment. It was okay, but I wouldn't choose it over other places.
