I wanted to write about the LDA injections offered here. I was hopeful about this for my chemical sensitivities but they did not work. I asked the "nurse" about the efficacy of the procedure and she just seemed to make up 95% effective. Well, I wanted to at least provide some accurate data. I spent $2000 on the tx and it did not work.

The staff were friendly, but they do try to sell you on things constantly. There is one staff member that was condescending. I mentioned how I had 2 full time jobs and did freelance work. At first she wondered how I did all that and then asked if I was going to college. I said I wouldn't have the time to fit it into my schedule with work and taking care of my kids and that I didn't have the money as well to afford community college anyway.

She said that she was able to do it, so I should as well and wasn't trying hard. It wouldn't be too bad if she said this in a positive way. But she dismissed my reasons for not attending and implied that I was being lazy. Good news is that just a few months later I was able to start attending college for free as a benefit from one of my jobs. For the service itself, I tried the Verju Laser as I've always had giant thighs no matter what my weight was.

Even when I was a bit underweight, my thighs would be significantly big in comparison to the rest of my body and I guess it has to do with being really short. They promised in the pamphlet and in the consultation that 4+ inches removed from my waist, hips and thighs was GUARANTEED. They put me for 8 weeks of treatments (twice a week) and everything was fine at first.

During my first laser appointment, the women who took my measurements said that Dr. Wycoff had me down for just my thighs. My thighs were my biggest concern, but I thought I might as well have it all done since the cost covered all 3. I decided not to argue with her and to just go with what he said and only have my thighs done. I was also upset when I found out at this appointment (after I had paid) that when they say 4+ inches, they mean in total and not 4+ inches off for each area that they had me believe.

Here is something else they didn't advertise beforehand (this was a year ago, so I don't know if they change the advertising in this regard). You need to wear Spanx or some form of tight-fitting body suit that costs around $100 and they expect you to change what you eat and count calories, take a diet pill daily that they prescribe and drink tons of water.

They also want you to exercise and ended up selling me a ton of vitamins that also showed no results, despite taking them as instructed for months. Basically, they tell you that losing the inches is easy and requires no work, but in fact requires a lot. I feel that the lasers do nothing and you only lose the inches from eating less calories, wearing tight clothes and exercising.

It's a scam. There was no difference after the 8 weeks. I lost some weight through the diet and exercising, but my thighs looked no different. As a result, I had to see Dr. Wycoff again. He said that I didn't lose the inches as I only had my thighs done. I told him that the woman who took my measurements said he wrote instructions to have them only do my thighs and that I wanted all 3 done.

He then said I would have to do another 8 weeks of treatment, this time with all 3 and would have to pay for it. I was confused, but then stated, "It says that 4+ inches are guaranteed, correct?" He changed his tune immediately and said it was and that it would be free. My husband was with me during all appointments and after the visit he asked me if I noticed that Dr. Wycoff was trying to get us to pay again, so I know it wasn't just me misunderstanding.

I'm wondering how many patients have been tricked into paying again when the first treatment didn't work. After the next 8 weeks, I still didn't see much of a change in anything, but they did the measurements and said I lost the 4 inches. I know I had only lost the weight through my own efforts as there were some weeks between the first and second treatment and I had lost over 10lb on my own through diet and exercise.

This is why I believe that the $1,200 I paid was a complete scam, especially with the way Dr. Wycoff and his staff try to upsell you on everything and ultimately put the pressure on you to lose the weight when the lasers supposedly "do all the work". It's not worth your time and money.

Dr. Wycoff is knowledgeable, caring, and treats the PATIENT, not just the symptoms. He thinks outside the box, offering holistic options for those who don't want a bunch of prescriptions. Staff is friendly, upbeat, and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Most aspects of my experience getting chiropractic care were positive, but one thing caused me to avoid this place. The chiropractor quickly twisted and cracked my neck, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I asked him not to do that again. He replied that I should just relax and breathe and then did it again. It was just like some spy movie where the action hero goes around snapping people's necks. I've never experienced it at any other chiropractor. I can't say if this is actually a dangerous practice, but why force something on your patients that creeps them out?

My 13 year old daughter and I had an awful experience at the Wycoff Wellness Center. I have never been treated so badly by a doctor or anyone in the service industry. I brought my young daughter to see Dr. Wycoff and he was extremely rude and condescending. Dr. Wycoff criticized everything my husband and I had done regarding my daughter's health concerns, including our pediatrician and the University of Michigan Children's Hospital, which we were refereed to by our pediatrician. Dr. Wycoff then continued to criticize our parenting, in front of my daughter, and told me that I haven't done anything to help our daughter.

In his arrogance, Dr. Wycoff said, "if I say it, it's right I don't make mistakes, I stopped making mistakes a long time ago." Dr. Wycoff enjoys bullying women and children. Dr. Wycoff does not care if patients return after their initial appointment but still charges $450 and offers nothing in return. Dr. Wycoff told us, "I don't care if you ever walk through these doors again."

Let me start by saying that I have NEVER had such a bad experience with any medical staff or any appointment I am thirteen years old and my mother and I went to Wycoff Wellness to look further into a treatment for my Leukepenia. We met with Dr. Wycoff and he looked over my blood work and he looked at a different wellness doctors paper, we came to Dr. Wycoff to just get a different view.

After seeing that we went to a different doctor he became very defensive and told us that the only thing that doctor did was eliminate some foods from my diet. He gave us a different plan and my mom just said that she wasn't quite ready to try a new treatment so soon. She felt as that we have done so much in a short period of time. Dr. Wycoff responded by saying that my mother has done nothing to help my health.

He said that my mom doesn't know how to parent me properly and if anything has made me sicker. For him to question how my mom who has done everything in her power to make sure I'm healthy is parenting me is insane. What I think the worst part is that when my mom started tearing up he said "I don't care if you start crying I have had many moms come out my office crying and I honestly don't care, I tell the truth and I know that I am 100% correct"Then they didn't ask how the appointment went, they just told us "That will $450 for the initial visit"?!

Their is NO reason that someone should treat their paying customer with that kind of disrespect. When we asked for a refund of money they said I don't think that we can do that. So please save yourself $450 dollars and many insults and don't go to Wycoff Wellness

I love dr Wycoff and his team. They saved my life when my family doctor was unable to find anything wrong for years, dr Wycoff knew what was wrong and his testing confirmed it. Never knew I could feel this good. No he is not cheap, but he is worth every penny and then some. Thank you Wycoff wellness and keep up the good work

I received the colon hydrotherapy session and it was so uncomfortable. The procedure itself wasn't bad but the position they had you in for it was what made it awkward. They had me on a tub of some sort in the birthing position. Not to mention, the spa assistant seemed like she didn't want to be there from the time I walked in. No smile when I walk in or have a good day when I left.

Very melancholy when addressing my questions. And the "consultation" with the doctor is literally 5 minutes with no useful information that you didn't read already before. That's $50 on top of the actual fee for the session. I would recommend doing research and going elsewhere. This experience could have been a lot better. I know several people who have done this and have had rave reviews and so far after sharing my experience, they all have the same consensus that I should have went elsewhere.
