I attended OrthoSC PT in Conway and was very disappointed. Being right next to the hospital and all the surgeons I expected excellent therapists and some physical improvement. They're very busy and have many therapists of varying knowledge so I never knew who I would be working with at each appointment. The main therapist was a 'traveling' one which might work for nurses in hospitals but not for therapy personnel.

By time I saw the billing (which I believe included therapies I did not receive) for my 3X a week for 2 months, this therapist had 'traveled' on. And when I stopped going I didn't feel one bit better. I would not attend any of their locations.

Dr Massey is a phenomenal surgeon. I had the best care before, during and after my cervical spine surgery with fusion. I highly recommend this very talented surgeon.

Front desk staff and nurse were very polite and pleasant. Dr. Wenz was on time and took the time to explain what he was going to do and what results to expect from the procedure. Absolutely night and day difference from my experience with Dr. Massey.

I really like Dr Wenz. He nails it perfectly each epidural visit. His staff is super friendly and efficient. I've been going to him 5+ years.

The staff is always friendly, attentive and professional! Had a problem with my billing, they were helpful and allowed me to resolve the issue with time. GOOD FOLKS - DR. S & his assistant - Becky are GREAT! BEEN a patient for over 8 years!

He is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is there to provide attention to details of every surgery I've had. I have recommended him to all my family and friends. He is also so easy to talk to.

Very well run office. Usually could get in if I had to on last minute notice. Doctor did a great job and left a very little scar for me on my knee. I am pleased however that knee surgery is a b****.

Was seen by DR., massey for a neck problem. and when I say seen, that was about it, wanted to find out more about my condition but he acted like he did not care or have the time to talk to me, won't be back.

I am a patient of Dr Wenz. He has been treating my low back. I am now at a point where I am at least 80% better. I can't thank him enough. He is so kind. Best doctor ever!

I've always been pleased with the promptness of being seen by Dr Chambers. He has always been professional and courteous every time I have met with him in the office and for procedures. The staff and nurses are the best too, they are always a delight to see when I come in, and they have always been attentive and professional when checking me in and taking care of me.

Dr Pappas is the best Foot and Ankle doctor. I have a Total Ankle Replacement and had 3 Toes fixed. He gave me back my quality of life. I walk no pain, no ankle swelling it's been 5 years. My toes don't bother me and that's been 2 months since toes surgery. It's been wonderful. Dr Pappas also takes time to explain things and answers all your questions. Highly recommended!

Specialists all in one placeI adore Dr. Massey since my very first visit three years ago. He got me at "I do not believe surgery will help your ailments going on with your back and if you go to someone else, PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM CONVINCE YOU IT IS WHAT YOU NEED." Wow, an honest surgeon. So three years later and drastic changes taking place, I had back surgery.

I was rather afraid, but he assured me he would take good care of me. So tomorrow is my six week post op follow up and no sciatica, pinched nerve or pain. This is the place to go.

Don't see Dr. Mikol unless you fall within a specific set of parameters! HE JUDGES A BOOK BY ITS COVER!

Getting an appointment was easy.in fact, they called me twice and asked if I wanted to be seen at an earlier date. Check in was easy as well. IPAD check in makes it easy. But I got seen 1 hour after check in, but I get it. Doctors, nurses and aids are all busy! Be nice people because if you piss them off and they quit because of you.and they have.we are all in trouble!

I moved here from northeast. They have multiple offices and available appointments available. Took over 7 days and they never called me back as I followed their protocol and send fax 6 months of records. Been a pain patient for 12 years with same provider no lates in 12 yrs, compliant pt, never popped on pee test, no outstanding balance, did all recommendations injections- physical therapy etc.nothing note worthy on my 12 years with same provider. THEY REFUSED TO HELP, REFUSED ME AS A NEW PT NO REASON. SO MUCH FOR THEIR MUSSION STATEMENT TO HELP THISE IN PAIN. Watch out they Will not help others for whatever reasons.

I was being seen about one potential procedure for pain management when it was decided I needed a hip replacement worse. This was done and I went home the same evening of my surgery by choice. I was given a handful of papers about my meds with absolutely no idea about a dosing schedule. Thankfully, my daughter got the pharmacist on the phone and worked it out.

I was told by the surgeon, if I needed more pain meds just call the office and I would be given them. Well, I have been trying for nearly a week now, 4 phone calls, messages in the patient portal and 1 live promise to issue the refill request "as we speak". Still nada. This guy may be a cracker jack surgeon the patient support and follow thru stinks.

I took my 90 year old Mother in with Dementia. Because of COVID I as not allowed in the appointment, I then asked for them to call me in my car so I could meet her at the door. They just put her on the curb in 90 degree temperature by herself. Anything could have happened. The women in the office are rude and not interested in any customer service. When signing in, they will let you stand at desk for 10 minutes before looking up to sign you in. Just awful atmosphere.

Ortho SC what used to be strand Orthopaedic is a well-oiled machine. I can't tell you how many orthopedic surgeons they have there but I would need fingers and toes to count them. They all have specialties and the way the place is run is almost like an assembly line. Not for the surgery mind you LOL. But as far as going to an appointment and getting checked in and getting back to a nurse and getting into a room and getting seen by the doctor and getting x-rays etc etc is pretty well polished. The doctors are all very good that what they do

I have been using these facilities for over 8 years for various surgeries. They were originally Strand Orthopedics before the name change. During every visit I have received excellent service. Some doctors have a better "bedside" manner than others, but all are professional and extremely competent. Due to the close proximity of Coastal Carolina University, they get plenty of practice with the athletes and their specific injuries.

So I feel confident that the latest techniques are being employed. The convenience of having xray, MRI, pain management and physical therapy all in the same building makes life much easier. The support staff are friendly and makes check in and on going services fast and easy. We are very happy with the service we have received here and will continue to use OrthoSC for treatment.

Very uncaring. Phone calls not returned. I was very disappointed. Go to Charleston or anywhere else for better care.

My pain management doctor suggested I have an MRI, and suggested this facility. They accepted my insurance, United Healthcare, and the receptionist was efficient and I was in, having my MRI in just minutes. My wait time was truly insignificant. The radiology tech helped me to a room and I had changed my blouse and removed my jewelry. I have had these tests before elsewhere, but the technician here was so attentive and concerned about how I was doing, it was relaxing.

Before I knew it, the test was over. My physician received the results well before my next visit and it was clear, I have severe arthritis in my neck. He knew the procedure he would perform on me and the results have been amazing. I am very pleased with the care I was provided. I was treated like a human being and not a number. I would gladly go back for any future testing.

I visited the facility with a knee problem and was treated expertly and professionally by Dr Clark Butler. Excellent staff and ample waiting room area. Highly recommend as they do have in-hour X-Ray, and MRI on the 1st floor. Their entire staff are well versed and the atmosphere is very professional. Waiting times were short, and my Doctor was very concerned with my condition and answered all questions with his honest approach.

They do have internet site portal which is very useful in a number of areas. With the growing "Baby Boomer" generation you may meet up with friends, associates as I did. Excellent care is hard to find, but I found a caring Physician and staff. Highly recommend!
