Maybe they have good eyecare, but their business practices are far from exemplary. My mother was a patient there, and they failed to bill her secondary insurance, sent her bills that were unwarranted, and when she finally left the state, they lost or ignored requests to send her records to a new eye clinic, even after all the required paperwork was sent.
They did not respond as requested to voicemail. VERY frustrating -- you have to hope they do everything right the first time on the business end of things, or you may have to put in a great deal of time and effort to straighten it out. and by all means, check ALL the detail on all your bills!
