Jada Kurth, DDS Dr. Kurth started her employment with CHC on July 13, 2009. Dr. Kurth received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry in 2009. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from the University of St. Thomas in 2005.. Dr. Kurth was a member of the American Student Dental Association.

Dr. Gregory Duncan supplies family foot care for all ages. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and has practiced in Davenport, Iowa for over 19 years.
