Dr. Koka grew up close to our country's Capital in Fairfax, Virginia. After completing her medical schooling in Virginia, she came to California to attend the interview at University of California, Irvine Medical Center for her residency program. She fell in love with California & told her parents she will move to California even before she was accepted at UCI Medical Center in 1994.
