Dr. Dan Bautista graduated from Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio, where he did his Family Practice Residency training. He finished medical school at the Manila Central University College of Medicine, Philippines. Dr. Bautista is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, and the Ohio State Medical Association.


The practice, with nine medical and radiation oncologists and a committed team of over 80 specialists, opened its new campus style, state-of-the-art facility in 2003. In addition, the practice has a satellite facility situated in Xenia, Ohio.
