We are a community-based, community-focused health care and multi-service center in the heart of Dorchester. We are pleased to offer comfortable and effective methods for you to receive care over your phone or device. Your provider can review your medical records, discuss symptoms, review your health history, and more. He or she can prescribe medication if needed, and recommend follow-up. Specific brand names don't matter, Similac, Enfamil, Goodstart, the store brand that some big stores offer, are all ok.

In addition, we are a community organization that provides financial and wellness programming.
History

In 1979, when the Boston Public Library closed its Codman Square Branch at 6 Norfolk Street to move further up Washington Street, neighborhood activists knew they had a unique opportunity. Not only could they revitalize the community by turning an unused building into an important aspect of the neighborhood, they could do it by providing a vitally important and unique service.

If you have a question about your health, please call the department of your Primary Care Physician (PCP). If you need to reach the Physician On-Call after normal hours, please call the main number: 617-825-9660.
