We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure. Our facility is accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Golden Ridge Surgery Center is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. The list of physician owners or investors is available to you upon request. Our facility accepts most major commercial insurance, HMO/PPO plans, Medicare, Workers Compensation, and other government sponsored health coverage.
About Your Surgery

Any pre-operative tests will be determined by your physician or anesthesiologist and communicated to you prior to the date of your surgery. You may receive up to three calls. You will be contacted a few days prior to surgery by a member of your health care team. This call will include a routine health assessment, instructions for the day of surgery, and answers to any questions you may have.

CareCredit is a credit card issued exclusively for use in paying for your health care expenses. You can apply for a CareCredit card to cover the facility portion of your bill at participating surgical facilities. Depending on the cost of your procedure and the options offered at your surgical facility, you may choose between 6 and 12 month special financing options on qualifying purchases of $200 or more.*.
Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
