We couldn't arrive until 15 minutes until they closed the other evening. They gladly took us and didn't make my daughter or I feel like we were rushed. They were very quick and thorough. This is one of the best urgent care expeiences my daughter and I have had ever. Meds were waiting at the pharmacy after.the appointment.

I went to Animas Urgent Care earlier because is closer to my home. Left crying of the way that Dr Pitts treated me. I saw Mike here and he took his time to check my swelling by my jaw and gave me diagnosis right away. Gave me needed prescription. I totally recommend this Urgent Care. Dr was attentive, caring and professional

I puked me it 12 times just today, and sadly they do not take New Mexico health insurance even though every other urgent care does. So I puked in the parking lot, because I didn't have $200 for them just to look at me. Not including like a flu test or a Covid test.

My kiddo was sick, we live out of town, came in and had a very pleasant experience. We got in and saw a doctor quickly, he had wonderful bed side manner. He prescribed medication to get my little guy feeling better and we were all finished within 30 minutes. Definitely a better urgent care than anything we have in Montrose!

Had the best experience at this urgent care. Was here in Durango for a weekend trip and had an abscess that got infected. Went in for an incision and drainage. I want to recognize the staff at this urgent care. The front desk staff was attentive and kind. There was no wait time when I arrived. Dr. Cain was a superb doctor. Great bedside manner and explained everything about the abscess. Gave me some antibiotics and discussed side effects with me. The incision and drainage went great and my abscess is healing. Honestly felt like I was never sick because the experience went so great at this place. Durango is blessed to have this urgent care
