Dr. Hendrix is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended Brigham Young University where he met his wife, Kristyn, and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Art in History. He had the special opportunity of attending medical school at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
