We had an awful experience with Jeanette Hruska. My child will not be back to see her & I would recommend you look for another audiologist if you have small children in need of audiology services. I tried to contact the office manager twice, to express my concerns, and never received a call back. Update- Both the office manager and Dr have reached out and resolved all issues.

Dr. BENDA only cares about how many patients he is able see in a day to increase his income. I received very little doctoring, or asked any questions that pertains to my current situation during the single minute he gave me of his time. Zero compassion, from Mr. Benda and his nursing staff. I will not be seeing him again.

After suffering with sinus problems for almost 50 yrs Dr. Givens solved the problem and eliminated the need for surgery. I will be forever greatful to him and his wonderful staff.

After they rescheduled my son's important appointment they waited until days prior to the rescheduled appointment to call can say there was an issue with insurance and I had basically three days to get my son new insurance. mind you had they kept his original appointment there would be no issues. When I explained how impossible this was and how much my son (four years old) needed this appointment (follow up after surgery to see if tubes are successful) I was told "figure it out". Those exact words. "Figure it out".
