The trashiest doctors office in all tricities. They keep sending us to Pasco when they have two different Kennewick locations. Gas isn't free!

First they don't check me in, I was there an hour thinking they did. Then had to wait another hour and a half to be seen because of their mess up. There was people who were seen before me who got there way after. Few days later I call to try and see if they can send my medication to another pharmacy and no one picks up. This was while they were still open too.

It's really sad because my experience here has actually not been the worst. But they refused to treat the problems my girlfriend went there for and essentially denied her service. I understand the medical field is a complicated mess especially in America right now but the doctor patient relationship is so reliant upon a level of care and trust, which Dr Cruto had absolutely 0 interest in providing to my girlfriend.
She was denied simple antibiotics (told that her problem was 'not that bad' even though they are normally prescribed), and told that they wouldn't check vitamin levels in blood work because she should 'already be on supplements'.

Very frustrated with certain aspects of this health office. I've seen optometry. waited way too long in the waiting room. Appointment from arrival to departure was over 1 1/2 hours. then not even the right prescription at all. PCP Dr. Vanatta when messaging regarding health issues takes way too long to get a response. Responses are not helpful and told to go into the office. I also feel that I haven't gotten any solutions or answers to ongoing health problems.
I don't feel taken seriously. The front office staff is rude. I just called to reschedule my eye follow up and they said they can't reschedule and canceled it and hung up on me. Absolutely awful office, I will be looking for a new doctors office. Always very busy at this location so hard to find parking spot. I have had much better experiences with kadlec offices and using my chart.

The staff here is always friendly and attentive, addressing you as soon as you stand in line to check in. The practioners are prompt, not making you wait long after the RN takes your vitals before popping in themselves to do their assesment. They are throughout and make sure all concerns are met, referrals are immediate if needed and follow up appointments scheduled immediately too.

The parking lot had several handicapped parking spots, however, over half were blocked off to use for covid testing, and the others I assume patients were parking there. I inquired about this and the receptionist said that they have a lot of patients. I informed her that I needed to sit down, and asked her to bring me the paperwork needing to be filled out. I ended up yelling across the waiting room that I was unable to stand for the amount of time it was going to take to fill out the paperwork, and if they forced me to stand, that I would pass out and EMS would have to be called. They finally got me a wheelchair.but the hell didn't end there. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
