Services
Overnight Polysomnography
Our overnight facility-based sleep studies monitor over 80 disorders using advanced technology. Board-certified technicians oversee split-night studies to minimize visits. Located in Montana's largest accredited sleep center, this service provides comprehensive diagnostics for complex sleep conditions.
CPAP Titrations
Individualized CPAP/BiPAP pressure adjustments optimize treatment effectiveness for sleep apnea patients. We conduct split-night and separate titration studies following Medicare guidelines. Our specialists address pressure changes due to weight fluctuations or evolving health needs.
PAP-Nap Desensitization
This four-hour daytime program helps patients acclimate to PAP therapy through mask fitting and guided adaptation. Our technicians address compliance challenges and equipment concerns before home use. Ideal for patients struggling with initial CPAP/BiPAP treatment adjustments.
In-Home Sleep Studies
Portable overnight oximetry testing allows sleep apnea screening in patients' homes. This convenient option monitors oxygen levels for initial diagnosis or treatment effectiveness follow-up. Prescribed by physicians as an alternative to facility-based diagnostics.
Daytime Sleep Testing
MSLT and MWT daytime nap tests evaluate excessive sleepiness and narcolepsy. Conducted in sleep labs, these studies measure sleep latency and help physicians assess treatment efficacy. Available for shift workers needing non-traditional testing hours.

Slept for 2 hours with medication. Tech told me I needed to sleep longer. I went here because I can't sleep. Waste of my time and money.

Report
Great experience. I only did an at home sleep study, but the customer service I received was beyond 5 stars. They even traveled to my work office to help me sign some papers that were missed since I couldn't leave. They are very great overall and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing sleep studies done.
