Laser Cataract Surgery
Our surgeons perform advanced laser cataract procedures using precision technology to remove clouded lenses and implant intraocular replacements. This treatment restores clear vision for patients experiencing lens opacity that affects daily activities. The procedure combines femtosecond laser technology with traditional surgical techniques to ensure accurate incisions and improved outcomes.
Glaucoma Treatments
We offer comprehensive glaucoma management including iStent implantation and minimally invasive surgical options. Our approach focuses on reducing intraocular pressure to prevent optic nerve damage. Treatment plans combine medication management, laser therapy, and surgical interventions tailored to each patient's specific condition and disease progression stage.
Retinal Detachment Repair
Specialized surgical interventions address retinal detachment through vitrectomy, scleral buckling, and laser photocoagulation techniques. Our team treats both acute and chronic cases using advanced microsurgical equipment. The goal is to reattach the retina and preserve vision through timely intervention and post-operative care.
Diabetic Retinopathy Care
Comprehensive management of diabetes-related retinal changes includes laser photocoagulation and anti-VEGF injections. We provide regular monitoring and treatment to prevent vision loss from vascular complications. Our approach combines medical retina expertise with patient education on disease prevention and management strategies.

I have been going here since I was 12 years old. I trust no other doctors with my eyes. I see only with one eye and I don't care how long I have to wait, I have to feel safe. My vision is safe in their care. Thanks for all they do.

Had appointments there yesterday for my mom, dad, wife and myself with Dr. Radcliff. We was sadly welcomed by a military style, rude & load black eye glass wearing front desk worker. She was ordering old patients very disrespectfully(including my parents). We had appointments at 1:30 pm, she told us we are looking to wait at least 2 hours. When i told her that wasn't professional, she replied that we should have came at 1:00pm! mind you she also said that the doctor was just now seeing his 12:00 appointments which makes NO SENSE!
By the way the place was packed with about 30 people with no seat for about 10 old people having to stand for hours. This place is horrible and treats you as if they are doing you a Big favor by accepting your insurance or money! stay away there are better doctors out there who are cognizant of the behavior of their front desk. I can't believe we waited months for this appointment for nothing. But in retrospect if these doctors are not aware of their staffers makes one think how good could they be at their profession.

We just had a surgical review appointment for our 81-year-old mother and the whole process went smoothly. We were greeted upon our arrival, went to see Dr. Radcliffe and his amazing assistance, Kristina. Finally we were provided clear instructions from the lovely Jacqueline on our next steps. Overall, a very good experience for us.

Horrible experience. I took my grandmother to have cataract surgery. The wait time took forever we waited for approximately 6 hours. We didn't leave till almost 7 pm. Mind you it says they close at 5 pm not true be prepared to wait a very long time. They book too many patients for surgery. I didn't see them enforcing 6 feet apart. When you enter the building they do take your temperature but they have you packed in the small door way like sardines.
If there are no seats in the waiting room you wait outside rain or shine and in the 90 degree heat. I have passed by there a couple of times and they have the elderly and their families waiting outside in the heat. They really need to fix their scheduling and not book so many patient. I hear their clinic gets really packed. They reallyneed to do better. I will be reporting them to the NY Department of Health.

They had my father who is diabetic come in for a 9:15am. It's 230pm and they now just called him in to see the dr. He didn't have any surgery to be waiting this long. Oh, and they also put a few patients before him. This is neglectful and very poor customer care!

Horrible! Neglectful! No compassion for the patients at all! My dad who is diabetic had a 9:15am appt. He was not seen until after 2pm. It was a follow up appointment. No surgery. I left 2 voice messages for Eva the supervisor to call me back and I am still waiting for a call. I could cry that's how angry I am. How could you let your patients wait that long! This has been the worse customer service in a medical setting I e ever experienced.

Waited 2 hrs just to start a general exam to then wait almost 2 more hours before seeing a doctor. None of this extended waiting time was disclosed when my appointment was booked. There's no proper social distancing and obviously under staffed. The staff is professional but the system is chaotic, unorganized, no order, and obviously all about money not safety. They need a better system. Waiting 3-4 hrs just to get started is harmful for anyone there who is diabetic or elderly.
