They make you come in for office visits to follow up on items that do not require an office visit just to charge you for an office visit. ps - third visit today. Never met the doctor on any of these 3 visits. Not once. Yet the office charge is the same. Neither I nor my child would know who the doctor is. Haven't met her yet - but paid for all 3 visits.

Dr. Sullivan very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me with issue which the other doctor did not pay attention to. But her billing personal is awful. They charged me full price on the day of service and didn't bother to send claim to insurance. Never pick up a phone or return calls. I had call many times until one of staff helped me. Finally they sent claim to insurance and I got reimbursement for visit. After followed up visit I have same problem. Tried to reach with no luck. Claim still was not submitted to insurance.

Dr. Sullivan is hands-down the best doctor we have seen or our child has seen, ever! My husband originally saw dr. Sullivan as a service member- active duty, and unfortunately our daughter needed an allergist after she was born. My husband remember dr. Sullivan and we arranged to come from out-of-state to have her see our daughter. She was thorough, educated, and client centered. The office manager Kathy and her staff worked straight through to help us get her records to our next post assignment. now our daughter can be a normal active kid who is playing outside and loving life. I would recommend this facility and this practice to anybody
