Dr. Russo relocated to the Champaign Urbana area in 1984 as a Carle Clinic Surgeon where he specialized in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. In addition, to being a Surgeon for Carle Clinic Dr. Russo was also the Director of Carle's Center for Cosmetic Surgery. Since Dr. Russo moved to the Champaign Urbana area he has been making both men and women throughout the community feel better in their own skin.
