Services
Back Pain Treatment
Our back pain treatments utilize minimally invasive techniques like InSpan and FacetFuse to address spinal stenosis and instability. These procedures create space in the spinal canal, reduce nerve pressure, and stabilize the spine using advanced technology. Patients benefit from shorter recovery times and long-term relief without traditional surgery.
Chronic Migraine Management
Chronic migraine treatments include Botox injections and nerve blocks targeting inflammation and pain signals. Our board-certified specialists use fluoroscopic guidance to ensure precise delivery, offering patients significant reduction in migraine frequency and severity through non-addictive, non-opioid approaches.
Sciatica Relief
Sciatica treatments combine epidural steroid injections with percutaneous disc decompression to alleviate nerve root compression. By reducing inflammation and pressure on affected nerves, we help patients regain mobility and experience lasting relief from radiating leg pain and lower back discomfort.
Cancer Pain Management
For cancer-related pain unresponsive to conventional therapies, we offer spinal infusion pumps and neurostimulation devices. These implantable systems deliver targeted medication or interrupt pain signals, improving quality of life for patients dealing with complex oncology-related pain conditions.
Spinal Stenosis Treatment
Our MILD procedure and MINUTEMAN spacer offer outpatient solutions for lumbar spinal stenosis. These minimally invasive techniques remove excess ligament or insert spacers to create space, effectively reducing pressure on nerves while preserving spinal mobility without fusion.

One Of the worse costumer service I have ever had! Tried to make an appointment with this business for several days now, the only put us on hold, and you can only make an appointment throw a voice mail and you receive a call back in a day or two, but if you loose that phone call back for been busy or something you gotta call again and leave a voice mail again! I'm on this for a week now, called to speak with someone and rude person answer me and say to me keep trying and can't help me make an appointment. I don't think it's the right way to speak with people in pain and needing assistance
