I have been going to the zion eye institute since 2018. I haven't ever had a problem and always had a good experience. My glasses are old and the lenses have been falling out, I've tightened them 4 times. I also had just ran out of my last pair of contacts. I called zion eye and spoke to the receptionist and told her about what was going on. I asked if I could come and pick up a sample pair of contacts.

She said that they couldn't give me a sample pair of contacts. I told her on my license it says that I have to have corrective lenses and she said well I don't know what you want me to do. I also explained to her that I had to work but she couldn't have cared less. I asked her what am I supposed to do? Drive to work for my shift and work a shift without being able to see my surroundings?

She said and I quote well I don't know what you expect me to do dear, maybe you shouldn't have broken your glasses or ordered your lenses on a different day and you wouldn't be in this situation. I was disgusted and I will not be going back.

My cataract surgery by Dr. Denney was harrowing as he mixed up my lenses. Dr. Edwards had to rectify it all. My experience with Dr. Notdgren (retina specialist) has been great! I feel good about him.
