Southwest Oral Surgery and Dental Implants is a private practice located in Saint Louis, MO. Our five doctors limit their practice to procedures of the face and mouth. With three locations in South County, Fenton, and Chesterfield we are dedicated to providing the highest quality in oral surgery service in a safe environment.

If your procedure will involve sedation/general anesthesia, you may not have anything to eat or drink (including water) for eight (8) hours prior to the appointment. A responsible adult must accompany the patient to the office, remain in the office during the procedure, and drive the patient home. The patient should not drive a vehicle or operate any machinery for 24 hours following the anesthesia experience. Please wear loose fitting clothing with sleeves which can be rolled up past the elbow, and low-heeled shoes.

Southwest Oral Surgery is pleased to provide CPR / Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification for your dental office. We offer this course as a convenience for our referring doctors which satisfies the Missouri Dental Board requirement for CPR certification.
