The friendliest, well run office. Dr Shu is so sweet, he takes his time and explains everything. Answers questions without feeling rushed. And the girls in the office " the best " so friendly and happy. My mom was so pleased with her appointments!

Dr. Russell Shu was excellent. He did a procedure on my tongue and I did not feel a thing. He numbed the area to be excised and he did the excision expeditiously. He made sure I did not feel anything before he proceeded. The MA in my room, Marga was also excellent. She was very caring and made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Shu as an expert ENT specialist.

Worst service ever. Doctors are not qualified enough to do proper treatment. They are only after $$ and charge additional $$ to disclose test results.
