Services
Sciatica Treatment
Georgia Pain Management specializes in treating sciatica through epidural steroid injections and nerve blocks. Our minimally invasive approaches target nerve compression caused by herniated discs or spinal stenosis. Patients benefit from rapid pain relief and improved mobility without surgical intervention.
Spinal Cord Stimulation
We offer spinal cord stimulation for chronic pain unresponsive to other treatments. Using implantable devices, this therapy disrupts pain signals to the brain. Our practice utilizes advanced HF10 technology that eliminates tingling sensations associated with traditional stimulators.
Epidural Steroid Injections
Our board-certified specialists administer epidural steroid injections to reduce inflammation from herniated discs and spinal stenosis. Fluoroscopy-guided precision ensures medication delivery to inflamed nerve roots, providing long-term relief with minimal recovery time.
MILD Procedure
The MILD procedure treats lumbar spinal stenosis by removing excess ligament tissue through a small incision. This outpatient treatment restores spinal canal space, alleviating leg pain and improving mobility with faster recovery than traditional surgery.
Chronic Pain Management
Our comprehensive programs combine interventional techniques with physical therapy to address fibromyalgia, arthritis, and neuropathic pain. We prioritize non-opioid solutions through personalized plans that include nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal injections.

I don't know about this Clinic, but their other 2, Ringgold, and Calhoun have closed down under suspicious activity. They also did not inform patients that they were closing. I could post pictures of the patients standing outside locked door instead of seeing doctor at scheduled appointment time. Crooks DO NOT GO! You have been WARNED! Gave 1 star because can't give LESS.

I absolutely love Dr. Either and his staff. Before we got referred to Dr. Ellner, I was beginning to wonder if Billy McCollum would ever have relief from his pain. Now, he has! Thank you Dr. Ellner!

Report
Dr. Ellner and his staff were friendly. I was extremely upset to be asked for a urine sample so they could conduct a drug screen. I pushed back and was told it was necessary. Keep in mind I was in extreme pain and already told I needed a spinal fusion. I complied with the request, passed of course and was taken back to prepare for the epidurals. Much to my surprise I have now received a bill from the company that provides the drug testing services.
I feel I should have been told there would be a separate bill for a service I tried to deny. I will add they greatly reduced it from $1370 to 102. I'm 54 years old and in screaming pain referred by a Neurosurgeon in the network Of course I'm not a drug addict trying to jump from dr. to dr. I finally ended up at Emory having the same procedure and no drug test was required.
