They were the nicest staff ever. They got me in quickly. Gave Good advice. Hope I don't have to go back but if I did I won't be mad at all. Pleasant experience.

Very basically, I was duped into a sale for custom orthotics by Allentown Family Foot Care. During the initial consult with Dr. Baker, I was very clear when I asked if my insurance would cover a majority of the cost for the orthotics I needed ($600 price tag). If not, I would go elsewhere that did take my insurance. Dr. Baker assured me that my particular insurance would cover 70% of the costs as she had checked with her front office staff. So, I decided to move forward and order the orthotics from her.

Fast forward several months, several calls from their billing department, roughly 8 cumulative hours on the phone with our insurance company, and the recent weeks of collections calls and threats to my credit score. We reluctantly paid the outstanding bill, ending up paying $780 out of pocket for something that should have cost us $180. I will be sure to let everyone I know personally and professionally to not ever come to this place because I was either flat out lied to or it was a gross oversight on their part. Find yourself a different Podiatrist's office.

Thank you to Dr. Fritz and his entire staff for taking care of my entire family! You have helped my 80 yr old mother with taking excellent care of her toe nails to making her custom orthotics that make her ankles stable for walking. You have taken care of my sons in many ways and also my Ex husband and his diabetic/ neuropothy feet and nail care. Your office has made walking and standing on my sons feet pain free.

Crystal is AWESOME! I give her a 20! I went to Allentown Foot Care for a heel spur and clipping toenails. I asked if they had shoes for my type of feet. Crystal came to my rescue. GOD BLESS her. She got down on her knees and tried on some shoes, unfortunately they weren't for me. She then took a measurement of my foot GOD BLESS her again and showed me a catalog of some shoes and said she could order something like this. I said yes, that would be great! My shoes came a few weeks later. OMG these shoes are the BEST ones EVER. They fit PERFECTLY! I am so GRATEFUL! Thank you so much Crystal. You are truly a GEM!
