Ophthalmology LTD is always very thorough and pleasant. I trust the help from the receptionists to the doctor. For me to go to a doctor I must trust them. Dr McCann is a true professional! She is courteous and has the knowledge that I trust. She explains exactly what your eyes need and if anything is wrong what you need to do. I appreciate all she has done for me. IMO Best eye care facility in Sioux Falls.

Ophthalmology LTD has been my "go-to" place for all my eye care. Excellent doctors and professional staff that really care about me tend to my wishes. Dr. West was fantastic. Due to insurance changes, we are transferring care from Dr. Bothun in Rochester, and we were definitely not disappointed. He did fantastic in explaining exactly where my daughters conditions were and what the treatment plan would look like. He answered my questions thoroughly and left no stone unturned. We look forward to following up with Dr. West again and continuing her treatment with him!

I have not had the need to visit this facility for several years. I was very very impressed and pleased with the facility and staff. Everyone from the registration to the doctor treated me with great respect and professionalism. I could not be more pleased. The care that was given to me was exceptional. Dr. West came HIGHLY recommended to me after I was researching for a second opinion with another ophthalmologist to address my daughter's eye conditions. I recently went to Ophthalmology Ltd. to check out some vision concerns due to cataracts. Dr. Bryan Hammer and his staff did a very thorough exam. I was impressed with the time they took with me, their professionalism and the manner in which they presented information to me. Dr. Hammer did an excellent job in his review of the findings of the exam and visiting with me regarding various options. One of his nurses scheduled surgery for me and gave me the information needed along with her business card to call if I had questions. It's comforting to know that Ophthalmology Ltd. has the physicians and staff who have the expertise to take care of our vision needs.

The staff at the desk are quick to help you and welcome you to the clinic. They show you where to sit and not too much later a tech is grabbing you numbing and dilating your eyes reviewing medications and allergies doing a quick eye test and taking you out to a waiting room we're you wait to have pictures of your eyes taken and then I see Dr. Atchenson and she always introduces herself as she walks in the door because of my low vision so I know who came in and she chats with you because she is concerned about your whole person.
After she checks your eyes she tells you what she is seeing and what she thinks and if everything is fine she will give you an idea of when she will see you next and walks you to the desk to check out at and you set up your next appointment and you are free to go. Staff are friendly and helpful and I always have a good experience and look forward to my next appointment!
