WHS accepts many Insurance carriers. A routine physical exam includes weight and blood pressure check, hemoglobin testing, urine dip evaluation, and a Pap smear. We gladly submit your insurance claims free of charge as a courtesy to you. To aid us in this process, we need up-to-date information, such as correct name, address, social security number/ID number, date of birth, and most recent insurance card.
Prescription / Pharmacy Policy

Routinely, prescriptions are filled at annual visits for a one year duration. For pharmacy refills outside of routine visits, please call our office at (847) 692-9234 or you can have your pharmacy fax a request to (847) 692-5267. You may also contact our offices for help with mail order prescriptions.

Carla Loly, MD
Report
She received a Bachelor of Sciences in biology from UCLA and went to medical school at Saint Louis University. She completed her training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Carla became board certified in 2007. Dr. Loly has received training in a variety of minimally invasive procedures, including laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy and hysteroscopic resection of fibroids. She welcomes input from her patients regarding alternative approaches to medical care, such as herbal medicines and acupuncture.
Joseph Capezio, MD
Report
Dr. Capezio completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University. He then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received his M.D. He completed his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and has since been with Women's Health Specialists for thirty-three years.
