AccessHealth Teaching Health Center (dba Community Health Systems, Inc.) is a Federally Qualified Health Center in southern West Virginia. It is a nonprofit organization committed to providing comprehensive care to the citizens of Raleigh County and surrounding areas. The Health Center has continued to grow since it's foundation and now in addition to our original main hub, the Rural Acres Clinic, we offer many other clinical facilities. Our services include family practice, lab, women's health, medical ultrasonics, pediatrics, adult medicine, and behavioral health.
