Dr. Saylor earned his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, before receiving his medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois.
