What's New
Report
Kearney Eye Institute continues to advance vision outcomes by implanting a first-of-its-kind cataract lens that provides patients the opportunity to reduce their need for glasses and contact lenses, even for close-up vision. Ophthalmologist Thomas J. Clinch, M.D., recently placed Nebraska's first Acrysof IQ Vivity intraocular lens (IOL) by Alcon during cataract surgery.

Whether you simply need a change in your glasses or contacts, or you are interested in cataract surgery, we can take care of all your medical and surgical eye care needs. Low Vision
Report
When ordinary eyeglasses or contact lenses cannot provide adequate sight, an individual is said to have low vision. This condition should not be confused with blindness. People with low vision still have useful vision, which can often be improved with aids. Although most often experienced by the elderly, people of all ages may be affected by low vision.
