I have visited TCO Urgent Care on 2 occasions: one was 4 years ago for a cortisone shot and two weeks ago for severe lower back pain. The admitting staff was friendly and helpful. Kyle, the PA on duty was very kind and helped me to understand the results of the back x-ray. He gave me a number to call if I did not feel better. That was so very helpful because you cannot go back to Urgent Care for follow up. I have since made an appointment with a back clinic. A very good experience, overall.

The waiting time was very quick and I found all of the personnel courteous and helpful. The X-ray tech was efficient and courteous. The PA was knowledgeable and explained the problem. I felt I was in good hands.

We had a wonderful experience with urgent care. They had Ice for my son in the lobby before I had even given his name. They were very helpful and made a scary experience very calming for my 8 yr old.

Wishing David Hartigan, MD a most Happy Doctor's Day (this was on the radio just now) I was seen on Tues. 3/29/22. The P.A. (sorry I don't know his name) gave me cortisone injection.shoulder feels better already, Thanks to you both & entire staff! Very pleasant experience!
