Weil Foot & Ankle Institute was founded in 1965, by Dr. Lowell Weil Sr, who was inspired by a need to progress the Foot & Ankle Care category into the future through innovation. As one of the first Doctors of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), Dr. Weil Sr. trained around the world, seeking out ideas, both within podiatry, but also outside of that realm, to dream of new ways to make podiatric care better.

Weil Foot & Ankle patient information includes detailed information on your visit, patient forms, new patient information, and insurance information. We require all patients and visitors to enter our facilities with a face covering that covers both nose and mouth already in place. If any person arrives without a face covering, they will be asked to return to their car to put one on or reschedule their appointment or visit. If you are a new patient, please arrive to your appointment early in order to complete the registration process.

Are you from out of town? Weil Foot & Ankle Institute offers same-day appointments to treat your urgent foot and ankle needs. You can avoid a visit to the emergency room by making an appointment at one of our convenient locations. In addition to 20 Chicagoland locations, we also have offices in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana.
