Several years ago, her assistant put on way too much of some liquid (beetlejuice he called it)and did not remove it immediately as he should have. He just patted it with a tissue. It left a scar the size of a quarter and other smaller ones. Inept and incompetent. I called and told them we would never set foot in there again. You can still see where they did this as the skin is paler in those spots.

I haven't seen the physian yet but the woman who scheduled my appointment already has left a bad impression. She was abrupt and wanted to quickly rush me off the phone.she didn't even gave me a chance to ask for their address. Also told me since I have several medical concerns that only one will be discussed at each visit. I think I might go elsewhere before even being seen if my treatment will also be rushed.

I haven't scheduled an appointment yet but most of the reviews say they aren't respected either by scheduling or signing in. You either need to replace or get more people to work at the reception area. Remember first impression is very important. Plus having to schedule so far out for a first appointment is ridiculous. Almost seems like you need more doctors. I sure wouldn't want my appointment to be hurried.
You could also have a couple of later hours in the week or taking turns on Saturdays. This is what I'm getting from reading these reviews. You do sound like wonderful doctors and if I get a referral I could try it.

I took my father in. The doctor spent most of the appointment complaining about her front office staff and how our appointment had messed up her morning. Very self-centered, almost no questions were asked about his condition, just accusations that he wasn't taking care of himself well enough. Find somewhere else if you can!

I have tried to schedule an appointment twice now. The first time I scheduled an appointment I specifically advised that I wanted to see Dr. Schaburg as I was in no way comfortable with being seen by a man due to what I was being seen for. I confirmed this twice with the lady who scheduled my appointment and when I got the reminder call before my appointment they had switched it to the male that works there.
I cancelled my appointment. Apparently I'm a glutton for punishment since I just tried to call and scheduled another appointment and the scheduling lady was very abrupt and rude when I advised that I wanted to be seen by Dr. Schaburg and she informed me that that wouldn't happen, it would be with this Nate that they have. When I said never mind she gave me a very sarcastic "Sorry" as if it's unreasonable to not feel comfortable with a male practitioner. Truly a terrible and unpleasant doctors office.
