The Preventative Maintenance visit is more commonly known as a Well Care visit. You can expect at this visit for your child to receive a thorough head to toe review. The provider will review body systems and a perform a physical exam. You will answer age specific questions about nutrition, development, medical history, social history, behaviors and also be able to talk through questions or concerns you may have. At these visits, at specific periods in time your child will receive childhood vaccines.

A phone nurse is available during office hours to answer any routine questions you might have about your child and after hours our answering service will connect you to one of our on-call providers listed below. We are conveniently located on the East side of Florida Avenue directly between Sonny's BBQ and the US Post Office.
Insurance

We participate with most major insurance carriers, but today carriers offer numerous plans some of which we do not have contracts for. We recommend that you contact them prior to making an appointment to make sure your child's visits will be covered. We will submit your claims, however we must emphasize that as medical providers, our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. In no circumstance will we be responsible for the accuracy of information provided to you or to us by your insurance company.
