Services
Broken Bones
Our clinics evaluate and stabilize minor fractures and sprains using X-rays and fiberglass splinting. We provide immediate care for arm, leg, hand, and foot injuries, followed by referrals to orthopedists for casting. Parents appreciate our quick diagnosis and pain management, avoiding lengthy ER waits.
Telemedicine
Access board-certified pediatricians via secure video consultations for common illnesses and minor injuries. Covered by most insurance plans with $0 copays, our telemedicine service offers same-day appointments and prescription capabilities, excluding antibiotics to ensure responsible care.
Allergies/Hives
We treat mild to moderate allergic reactions and hives with antihistamines and topical treatments. Our providers educate families on avoiding triggers and managing symptoms, while referring severe or chronic cases to primary care physicians for long-term allergy management.
Cuts & Scrapes
Our team handles laceration repairs using sutures, medical glue, or staples, along with tetanus shots when needed. We emphasize proper wound cleaning and aftercare instructions to prevent infections, offering suture removal at no additional cost for patients treated at our clinics.
Asthma
We provide acute asthma attack treatment with breathing treatments and nebulizers, while developing short-term action plans. Chronic asthma management and medication refills require follow-up with primary care providers, ensuring comprehensive care coordination.

Needed my son to be seen as soon as possible and I was able to make an appointment the same day. We arrived early and didn't have to wait too long to be called back. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was our second time visiting and would definitely recommend to anyone with a sick child.

Dr. Claudia and Ahmed, the RN, were AMAZING with my daughter. Very patient, explained what was going on and options to the cure. Made my baby girl feel very comfortable to allow them to treat her. The staff was friendly, as well. Check in online was simple and fast for being called into clinic. Always bring my babies to little spurs! Thank you all!

Everytime I've been there, they are so nice and quick. I scheduled an appointment online for my son to be seen at the office. I filled everything out before taking him. When we got there we just signed in, waited maybe 5 minutes and he was seen right away. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff.all the staff, from the people upfront, to the nurse and the doctor.all great people. Wonderful experience.

The staff was very friendly and kind from the get go. The practitioner who saw my son was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude! You can tell they really enjoy their job. We also only waited about 2-3 minutes before being called in. We were out in about 25 minutes total which is amazing.

My son had a minor cut. This urgent care was recommended by our pediatrician. It was an easy appointment process online. You could select an appointment time, check wait time, check in online, paperwork through the app. For a first time patient, it was a quick and easy process. And of course the care- the nurse and medical assistant were kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient, engaging and helped get his cut cleaned up. Thankfully, he didn't need glue or stitches. Hopefully I don't have to come back, but I feel prepared knowing Little Spurs is easily accessible and if I need urgent care again, I would come here.
