Apparent total disregard for patients' time. I booked an appointment 6 weeks out, showed up early. After 47 minutes I asked the status and was told there were still 4 patients ahead of me. A patient in the 'waiting' room told me last visit he had to wait 2 hours. I walked out. Simple attention to scheduling properly would have been an easy fix. I wasted an afternoon on this and won't be back.
